New Ender’s Game movie delivered great drama,action, & more. Summit Entertainment released their new action/sci-fi flick, “Ender’s Game” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out, and thought it was excellent. It served up some great drama,action ,suspense, and more. It stars: Asa Butterfield, Ben Kingsley, Harrison Ford, Hailee Steinfeld, Abigail Breslin, Viola Davis, Nonso Anozie, Stevie Ray Dillmore, Andrea Powell, Moises Arias, Conor Carroll, Aramis Knight, Brandon Soo hoo, Jimmy “Jax” Pinchak, Suraj Parthasarathy, and Khylin Rhambo.

In the new flick, a hostile alien race called the Formics, attacked Earth. However, International Fleet Commander, Mazer Rackham (Ben Kingsley), used some legendary heroics to save the day. In preparation for the next attack, the highly esteemed Colonel Hyrum Graff (Harrison Ford) and the International Military, trained the best young minds to find the next Mazer.

Eventually, Hyrum decides to recruit Protagonist Andrew “Ender” Wiggin (Asa Butterfield), after seeing that he showed great promise. Shortly after arriving at the Battle School, Ender quickly and easily masters increasingly difficult challenges and simulations, distinguishing himself and winning respect amongst his peers. New Ender’s Game Movie Getting Mixed Reviews From Top Critics

New Ender’s Game movie getting mixed reviews from top critics. Summit Entertainment released their new action/sci-fi flick, “Ender’s Game” into theaters this weekend,and the reviews from top critics, seem to be pretty mixed for the most part,garnering an overall 51 score on Metacritic.com after the tally.

It stars: Asa Butterfield, Ben Kingsley, Harrison Ford, Hailee Steinfeld, Abigail Breslin, Viola Davis, Nonso Anozie, Stevie Ray Dillmore, Andrea Powell, Moises Arias, Conor Carroll, Aramis Knight, Brandon Soo hoo, Jimmy “Jax” Pinchak, Suraj Parthasarathy,and Khylin Rhambo.

Sara Stewart of the New York Post, gave it a 75 out of 100 score, stating, “A big, dark film that should satisfy the many fans of the Orson Scott Card novel and engage newcomers, too.” Michael O’Sullivan of the Washington Post, gave it a 75 score,saying, “Ender’s Game is more than a parable about bullying, or a disquisition on the concept of the “just war.” It’s also a rousing action film, especially in Imax.” Read more »
