New NCIS Season 15 Episode 2 Official Teaser Description Revealed By CBS
Hey, NCIS fans. Recently, the wonderful folks over at CBS put out a new episode press release for their upcoming second episode for the current season 15 of their hit action/drama series “NCIS.” It features a teaser description for the episode.
It sounds like we’ll see some pretty interesting things take place in it as McGee and Gibbs have to undergo a psych test after their awful experience in Paraguay. Elsewhere, the NCIS team investigates the dead body of a missing Navy Lieutenant and more.
The press release also revealed that this is episode is entitled, “Twofer.” They started off their press release by putting the dead Navy Lieutenant storyline in all caps. It reads like this: “NCIS INVESTIGATES THE MURDER OF A NAVY LIEUTENANT WHOSE BODY WAS HIDDEN AT A LOCAL CEMETERY OVER A YEAR AGO, ON “NCIS,” TUESDAY, OCT. 3”
In their main description, they revealed that the NCIS crew is going to get called in to launch an investigation of a dead body that belonged to a missing Navy Lieutenant who mysteriously disappeared a year and a half ago. The body will get discovered by a cemetery grounds crew while they are moving caskets around on the property.
It looks like this will be one of the main storylines especially since they put it in all caps. What facts will the NCIS crew find out about this dead body? That’s the big question for this particular storyline. It sounds pretty intriguing. They didn’t reveal any other details about it. So, we’ll definitely have to wait until the episode airs to see what all will happen with that.
In this second and last teaser, they revealed that we’ll be seeing Gibbs and McGee in action. They’re going to have to take and pass a psych evaluation with Doctor Grace Confalone (played by Laura San Giacomo) in order to be eligible to rejoin active duty on the NCIS crew.
Will they pass the evaluation? That’s the main question for this situation. We’re pretty sure they will, but it’ll be interesting to see if they encounter any problems to provide a little twist to this. We’ll have to wait and see.

There’s also a couple of guest stars in this one. They are: Laura San Giacomo as character Doctor Grace Confalone. Coby Ryan McLaughlin as character Pete Wilkins. A. Leslie Kies as character Donna Coyne. Todd Giebenhain as character Leo Vairo. Amad Jackson as character Phil Proderman.

This episode was written by Scott Williams and James Whitemore Jr. directed it. CBS also released a couple of promotional photos for this episode. We’ve included one (above). It features agents McGee and Gibbs arriving on the scene at the cemetery.
So, it looks like they passed that psych exam. There’s another photo that shows McGee returning to the cemetery with agent Bishop. Abby is seen in a couple of photos. She’s talking with some people in the lab. You guys can view all the promotional photos by Clicking Here.
Some additional information for this episode reveals that there will be a scene where Gibbs says,”We spent two months getting tortured.” His statement is accompanied by some flashbacks of them getting brutally beaten up in Paraguay. McGee has a scene where he says, “You came home like it was nothing. I can’t do that.” So, McGee will clearly still be in the midst of mentally recovering from what happened to them over there.
Torres has a scene where he says, “You mess with the dead. They mess with you.” This statement is accompanied by a couple of those graveyard scenes. Also, there’s a dramatic incident that goes down in the lab room. It looks pretty intense.
