Magician David Blaine Currently Accused Of Committing A Terrible Crime,New Details

According to a new report from the folks over at People.com, world famous magician David Blaine (above) is currently being accused of a very heinous crime from some model named Natasha Prince! Apparently, she’s claiming that 13 years ago, David raped her!

She said it happened in 2004. People.com is reporting that the London police are asking David to actually fly to England so they can look into these allegations further.

Scotland yard said,”officers from the Met’s Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are investigating an allegation of rape.” However, they couldn’t mention the name of the person who is being investigated.

They went on to say, “The allegation was reported to police on November 17, 2016 by a woman who alleged she was raped at an address in Chelsea in June or July 2004 when she was aged 21. There have been no arrests at this stage and inquiries continue.”

Marty Singer who is David Blaine’s attorney quickly denied these horrible allegations stating,”My client vehemently denies that he raped or sexually assaulted any woman ever, and he specifically denies raping a woman in 2004. If, in fact, there is any police investigation, my client will fully cooperate because he has nothing to hide.”

David’s accuser Natasha Prince is now 34 years old and told The Daily Beast who originally broke the story that she met David in a club ,and he invited her to his friend’s mansion for drinks the next day. She went on to claim that he led her into the bedroom.

In a statement Natasha made, she made claims that David spun her around and told her to kiss him, and that the last thing she remembers is finishing her drink to imply that she was drugged.

She stated, “He spun around quite quickly and said, ‘Kiss me.’ I did kiss him. And then he said, ‘Finish your drink’ and took the glass from me and put it on the table, and that’s really the last thing I remember. At some point, I was on the bed, face-forward, and he was behind me. I think it woke me up a little bit, because I’d never had that anal sex done to me before. I remember moving around a lot. I was limp, and I was very floaty. I was in and out of a deep sleep.”

After that, they say Natasha said she actually ran into David on three other occasions after the alleged rape, and that she gave up modeling at age 24 due to the anxiety stemming from the alleged assault.

They got another statement from David’s lawyer Marty Singer in which he explains a situation that totally is inconsistent with the statements that Natasha is making. Marty explained, “The last time my client saw Ms. Prince was approximately five years ago, on the streets of New York, where Ms. Prince approached my client and invited him to see her at the Gagosian Gallery where she works. This conduct is completely inconsistent with any claim that my client engaged in any wrongful conduct approximately 13 years ago with Ms. Prince.”

Natasha made another statement to explain why she waited so long to report this alleged crime. She claims she blamed herself and didn’t think of it as rape at the time. She actually liked David and was interested in him.

She said, “You have to understand, my interpretation was that it was my fault. I didn’t think of it as rape. In my head, rape was being sober, pull her in a bush, pull down her pants and just ditch her. So, I blamed myself. I did like him. I was interested in him. So, I didn’t think about going to the police.”

Natasha reportedly filed the police report to the Metropolitan Police in November of 2016. According to the telegraph.co.uk, Natasha started modeling at the age of 15 years old. She’s appeared on about 25 magazine covers, including Vogue, Elle and Glamour before she abruptly quit the industry at the age of 24.

Natasha now works as an art dealer in New York. As for David, he burst into the spotlight way back in 1997 with his first magic special for ABC entitled, “David Blaine: Street Magic.” Famous actor Leonardo DiCaprio appeared on that first special with him to give it his stamp of approval.

Since then, David has done numerous magic specials for ABC. They include:”David Blaine: Magic Man,” “David Blaine: Frozen In Time,” “David Blaine: Vertigo, ” “David Blaine: Drowned Alive,” David Blaine: Dive Of Death,” “David Blaine: What Is Magic,” “David Blaine: Beautiful Struggle,” “David Blaine: Real or Magic” and “David Blaine: Beyond Magic.”

He also released a couple of DVDs: “David Blaine: Fearless,” “David Blaine: Above The Below.” The Above The Below special is one that he actually did in England in 2003 where he starved himself in a box for about 44 days! It was insane.

Update: SCMP.com wrote an article about this and added more details about Natasha’s story of what happened the night she claimed David raped her. She said they met at the Knightsbridge nightclub called the Wellington.

She explained, “He was nice to me. I’m not sure what was said, but I remember he was giving me a lot of attention. I’m thinking, ‘He’s famous. There are beautiful girls all around him.’ I didn’t have any intentions. I just love meeting people.”

She claimed she turned down David’s original text to meet her the next day at a private residence because she had an early work call the next morning, but Blaine offered to send a car so she agreed.

Natasha went on to state, “We pulled up to this mansion. There were electronic gates, and it really intimidated me. It was like an embassy with 20 or 30 rooms, and I took an elevator up to the third or fourth floor.” Shortly after that, is when she claimed David assaulted her after giving her that drink.

Then she explained that she tried to piece together everything that happened the next morning. She stated that she was thinking, “What did I do last night? Did I have sex with David Blaine? But I didn’t want to. I felt hazy, completely out of it. I don’t remember taking a shower, where I changed, leaving his house or anything.”

From there, she claimed she tried to block out the experience stating, “I think I tried really hard to block it out. But I carried this awful feeling with me.”

SCMP.com also gave more details about the meeting Natasha had with David after their encounter. She claims she had a chance encounter with him in a New York City subway when he was with his girlfriend and daughter. A few days later, she said David showed up outside her new place of work, Manhattan’s famed Gagosian Gallery.

She stated, “He called my name and asked how I was. It was very brief, but he seemed to come out of nowhere.” David’s lawyer said that they did meet in New York, but that Natasha actually invited him to see her stating, “The last time my client saw Ms Prince was approximately five years ago on the streets of New York where Ms Prince approached my client and invited him to see her at the Gagosian Gallery where she works. This conduct is completely inconsistent with any claim that my client engaged in any wrongful conduct approximately 13 years ago with Ms. Prince.”

Natasha claimed she was very ashamed of the alleged rape situation which is why she delayed reporting it for so long. She said, “I was so ashamed and worried about everyone knowing in New York. I had always protected myself and my reputation. I considered myself a classy girl from a nice British family. I had standards. I wasn’t the type to sleep around.”

Again, no arrests or anything like that have been made in this case. It’s definitely still a developing case of her word versus his especially since she waited 13 years to report it. Certainly, there wouldn’t be any physical evidence to back up her claims at this point. Stay tuned.
