Big Brother Season 19 Christmas Abbott Recently Got Arrested
Happy Saturday, fellow Big Brother fans. We hope you guys are enjoying your weekend. Today, we’ve got some super crazy news to share with you guys in regards to Christmas Abbot who finished in third place in season 19 back in 2017. It turns out that she’s recently been arrested for a very vicious crime that she actually committed a few months back!
According to the folks at TMZ and their sources, Christmas was arrested in Tampa, Florida this past week after she turned herself in on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. And this was a felony charge, guys. None of that misdemeanor crap. Christmas went hard when she committed her crime. They say she was booked for felony criminal mischief!
TMZ got a hold of Christmas’ police report which describes the crazy stuff she did while being eight months pregnant at the time! Christmas’ madness took place back in August 2018. Apparently, Christmas drove to a gym in Tampa, Florida to confront a girl that her baby daddy Benjamin Bunn was seeing on the side.
The police report says that Christmas broke out into a huge rage. She started giving this girl the third degree. She even picked up a cup of coffee and threw it! They didn’t say if she threw the coffee at this girl, but she definitely threw it at something. Here’s the worst part. After Christmas’ in-the-gym rage, she took it outside by hopping in her car and freaking ramming it into the side girl’s car in the parking lot! Whoa!
Christmas also threw out some crazy insults at this girl, calling here a “pathetic home-wrecking little slut.” A cop who was on the scene said he tried to calm Christmas down as she continued to yell at the other girl. Again, Christmas was eight months pregnant at the time. So, she probably had a lot of raging hormones that contributed to this. Plus, she’s a pretty intense person anyways.
Since she was eight months pregnant at the time of this crime, the cops decided not to arrest her right away. They apparently gave her time to go ahead and give birth and everything before they booked her. However, they did seize her car.
As we previously reported, Christmas gave birth to a baby boy back on October 8, 2018. At the time, we were speculating that Christmas must have had a big falling out with her baby daddy Benjamin Bunn because he said they hadn’t talked for a while leading up to her giving birth. Then he finally found out a few days prior to her due date. He also said he didn’t even find out the baby’s name from Christmas. He actually found that out through an article that Us Magazine wrote. We were like, “Hmmm, that doesn’t sound right.”
Now, we know why it didn’t sound quite right. Christmas was super ticked off at him for cheating with another girl. Now, it’s all very clear. According to some additional details from People.com, Christmas fortunately never had to actually sit in a jail cell, and she was released that same afternoon that she turned herself in.
And actually a few hours after her arrest, Christmas hopped on her official Instagram account to give a brief video update of her with her new baby which she named Loyal Atticus Abbot. She captioned the video with the following words: “How could I ever get enough of that sweet smile. I literally can stare and watch him all day long just to watch him & maybe see a lil laugh or giggle. Some other details from the Miamiherald.com reveals that the actual date Christmas rammed that other girl’s car was on August 18, 2018. They also confirmed that Christmas did actually throw the cup of coffee at the other girl. The gym was actually the “Cigar City CrossFit.”
Christmas was actually driving a white Mercedes-Benz SUV when she rammed into the other girl’s car which was a black Honda Civic sedan. Afterwards, Christmas shifted her car in reverse and rammed the girl’s car a second time! Whoa! They go on to say that Christmas reportedly caused $5,000 worth of damage to the other girl’s car!
The Miami Herald got a lot of other interesting details about the altercation. When the cops arrived on the scene, Christmas totally broke down and started crying when they asked her what happened. She told him that the woman driving the car she rammed is cheating with her baby daddy. From there, the cop asked her why she decided to take her rage out on the other girl’s car. Christmas then told them she would’ve rammed Benjamin’s car if it was there!
Benjamin told the cops he was no longer dating Christmas at the time. The other girl also gave a statement to the police. It reads like this, “the suspect would scream at the victim even when the victim would try to avoid conflict. The victim said she did not feel comfortable being outside due to the suspect screaming. She screamed so loud and at times her actions were boisterous. At one point in time ignoring my request to lower her voice and calm down.”
Christmas was arrested at the time, but they did not handcuff her since she was pregnant and it was really hot outside. Christmas’ police report statement read like this, “The suspect told me that it hurt her feelings being cheated on. I asked her to not communicate directly with other parties so that the situation does not become volatile.”
Christmas was taken to the Orient Road Jail, but again, they decided not to actually process her at the time due to her being eight months pregnant. Her case was then filed with the state attoney’s office.
Another statement from the other girl reads like this, “I was at the gym drinking iced coffee when she approached me. She looked at the coffee and asked if Benjamin bought it for me. I said yes ,and then she asked me if I was having sex with Benjamin and called me a “pathetic home wrecking little slut,” among other insults.”
Christmas threw her drink across the floor and yelled a few choice words at Benjamin prior to exiting to the parking lot where the alleged car-ramming began.
