New ‘Supernatural’ Season 15 Premiere Date Officially Revealed By The CW

New ‘Supernatural’ Season 15 Premiere Date Officially Revealed By The CW

Hey, “Supernatural” fans. It’s time! That’s right, guys. It is finally time for you guys to find out when your favorite show will be back in action with all new episodes for its final season 15.

Yes, sadly it’s true. Supernatural will finally be coming to an end after season 15. It seems like it was a choice by the show to finally end things. We’re not really sure about all the details of that.

But getting back to the season 15 premiere date, the lovely folks over at The CW did finally serve up a premiere date for you guys. So, with no further ado, we can officially tell you that season 15 is currently scheduled to start up on Thursday night, October 10, 2019 at approximately 7 pm central standard time on The CW of course.

For those of you living outside of the United States, you will need to check your local listings. All of you United States and Canada fans be sure to mark down that very important date on your TV show calendars. For you Netflix watchers, we’re hearing that season 15 won’t show up on Netflix until May 2020. So, get prepared for that long wait.

Supernatural’s new season 15 is keeping its same night and time slot. That means you loyal fans won’t have to switch up your schedules to watch it. Just tune in on the same night and time you did for season 14, starting on October 10, 2019, and you’ll be all set.

For those of you who care, the 15th season of Supernatural will be paired up again with the Vampire Diaries and The Original’s spin off show Legacies season 2. Legacies will air in the 8 pm central time slot following Supernatural. So, if any of you guys are fans of Legacies as well, you’ll want to stick around to catch those episodes.

Currently, we do have a tentative episode count for Supernatural season 15. We’re hearing that it will feature another 20 episodes. We do expect that number to stick, but anything’s possible. So, we’ll just have to wait and see.

Season 14 averaged a strong and steady 1.435 million LIVE viewers per episode along with a 0.41 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics. Those are strong numbers for a CW show. So, we definitely think that the decision to end things was made by the show itself and not The CW.

I think The CW wanted to keep it around as long as they possibly could. I mean that’s certainly proven by giving it freaking 15 seasons. It think Supernatural is probably the longest running CW show ever. I can’t think of any other show that has run longer at The CW network.

As for season 15 spoilers, we do have a few possible ones to tell you guys about. If you don’t like spoilers, it’s suggested that you exit this article right now. If you don’t care about spoilers, by all means please stick around.

According to a recent Cosmopolitan.com article, a bunch of old monsters will definitely be coming back. Jensen Ackles aka Dean Winchester confirmed that the world is totally opened up and all the old monsters are coming wreak havoc.

He explained, “The world has just opened up, essentially, and all of those things that we have spent so many years fighting, they’re going to come knocking now. It’s going to be an all-out free-for-all. In my opinion, they’re teeing up what could possibly be the best season of the show.”

So, that sounds like it will make for a very highly entertaining season. Next, we’re hearing that one of my personal favorite characters could possibly return to wrap up her storyline. That character is Claire Novak played by the lovely Kathryn Newton.

Even though she is a very busy actress with other roles on The Society, Big Little Lies and The Pokemon movie franchise, Kathryn has indicated that Supernatural is her favorite show to work on, and she definitely wants to come back and finish up her arc in the final season 15.

Kathryn told Cosmopolitan, “I don’t know if I’m allowed to talk about that, but I want to be back, and I’ve made it clear that I want to. I think the SPN family feels like I left, but that’s just not true. Like, I didn’t leave.”

After that, Kathryn went on to explain the current status of her Claire Novak character. She stated, “So she’s still a hunter for sure, and she’s still out there in the universe. I would love to wrap up that story line. That show is my favorite.”

How do you guys feel about the new Supernatural season 15 premiere date and the spoiler possibilities? Are you excited? Do you want to see Claire return like I do? Let us know in the comments section.
