The Bachelorette July 29, 2019 Eliminated Peter Weber (Episode 12 Recap)

Hey, “The Bachelorette” fans. Tonight, July 29, 2019, the first part of a 2 part finale episode did indeed air, and it featured another elimination, some more very romantic 1 on 1 dates and more.

Tonight’s episode kicked off with host Chris Harrison in a LIVE studio session. He introduced the rest of the rose ceremony footage for the final three guys after they finally got rid of Luke P for good.

Hannah eventually did the deed. She gave Jed and Tyler C a rose, leaving Peter Weber as the rejected one.

She walked him out and told him, “You did nothing wrong. It wasn’t easy.” Peter told Hannah, “You will always have a piece of my heart. I don’t regret it. I truly don’t.” Then they hugged it out.

After their moment, host Chris Harrison talked LIVE in studio with Peter to get his take on how everything played out. At one point, Peter told Chris, “Hannah is one of the greatest people I’ve ever met.”

Peter’s mother and father were also on hand. Chris chatted with them for a bit. The mother was very emotional and teary-eyed.

Chris asked Peter, “Do you still love Hannah?” Peter replied with, “A little piece of my heart will always love her.”

After all that, they brought Hannah out to talk with Peter. He asked her what might have gone wrong or what was missing. Hannah said, “Nothing went wrong. I was falling in love with you, but I was falling in love with two other guys too. I just had to follow my heart. It was really hard for me too.” Peter said, “I respect that.”

Hannah did mention one thing that could’ve been better with Peter. She said, “I wish you would’ve shared your true feelings with me earlier on in the season.”

Peter said, “That’s fair. I completely understand that.” Peter also said, “I wouldn’t change a thing. I wanted everything to be organic and natural. I didn’t want to force anything.”

Hannah went on to say to Peter, “I knew I was gonna hurt you, but I was getting hurt too because my feelings for you didn’t just go away when I said goodbye.”

Towards the end of their conversation, Hannah said she had a confession to make about she and Peter’s intimate times in the windmill. She said, “Before, I said we did it two times. It was actually 4 times.” Everybody started cracking up. Peter said, “And Jesus still loves us.” It was super funny.

After all that, they went back to showing more footage from the season. It was time for Hannah’s final two men to meet her parents in Crete, Greece. Tyler C was up first. Tyler C had a good chat with Hannah’s mother. Afterwards, the mother said, “Tyler was pretty amazing all the way around.”

Tyler talked with Hannah’s father Robert. Tyler made a real good impression on him as well. Afterwards, Robert said, “Tyler seems to be the real deal. Everything went real well with Tyler.”

Robert also expressed that he really liked the way Tyler handled he and Hannah’s fantasy suite moment when they just talked and cuddled.

After the family meeting, Hannah told Tyler, “I’m falling in love with you.” Tyler said, “I’m so happy to hear that. I love you so much.” Then they hugged and kissed.

Jed was up next. Jed talked with the dad Robert. Robert really dug in and asked Jed where his finances are. Robert really laid it on thick how important he thinks it is that he be able to support Hannah financially. Hannah’s mother did more of the same.

Jed told the private cams that he felt like Hannah’s parents seem mostly concerned with the finances and that they don’t think he’s adequate. The parents definitely favored Tyler over Jed from the jump, and it didn’t change. They also made that clear to Hannah.

At one point, Hannah got real upset about how her parents felt about Jed’s financial situation. After the family meeting, Hannah told Jed, “I’m now very confused. This is why you don’t date two people at the same time!” Jed said, ” I believe in you. You know what we have.”

Next, they showed the final 1 on 1 dates. Tyler was up first for this round as well. They went horseback riding and appeared to have a great. They talked. Hannah told Tyler how confident her parents felt about him and so on and so forth. Tyler said he owes a lot of that to her pushing him and what not.

During the second half of their date, they talked even more. Tyler told Hannah how he wants to have kids with her and everything. Then they kissed and took things to the bedroom. Needless to say, it went very well.

Next, it was Jed’s turn. He and Hannah went on a boat trip. They appeared to be having a blast on the boat. However, things did appear to get a little down when Jed talked about how things went with Hannah’s parents. He wished things could have went better.

During the second half of their date, Hannah and Jed talked about how their possible future together would play out. Hannah expressed concerns about how they both like to chase their dreams. So, one of them would have to sacrifice for one another.

Jed said, “I can’t imagine my life with out you in it. I would support you in anything.” After that, they hugged and kissed some more.

The episode closed out with Hannah revealing she has a very tough decision to make and so on and so forth. They also showed some scenes for tomorrow night’s part 2 finale episode, and it featured Hannah looking very distraught.

At one point, Hannah is seen saying, “I can’t do this.” So, the producers are really trying to play this thing up for all it’s worth. That’s for sure.
