New ‘Chicago Fire’ Spoilers For Season 8, October 23, 2019 Episode 5 Revealed
Hey, “Chicago Fire” fans. In this new article, we’ve got a brand new set of spoiler scoops for he next, new episode 5. That’s right, guys. Since episode 4 is officially history, it’s time to go over a few teaser descriptions for the upcoming 5th episode of this current season 8.
Thanks to the nice NBC folks, we do have the official press release for episode 5. So, we will be using it to serve up this informative spoiler session.
NBC also released a few preview photos for episode 5. So, we will be going over those as well, and I will give you a link to them so you can see them for yourself.
To kick things off, the producers officially named episode 5,”Buckle Up.” Hmm, whenever I hear that term, it means something crazy and wild is about to go down.
Episode 5 sounds like it will feature some pretty interesting, dramatic, intense and possible action-filled scenes as Kidd has to prove herself. The Firehouse 51 crew hit up car wreck scenes. Mouch starts up a newsletter that gets out of control. Cruz deals with a very sad moment and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Kidd situation. It turns out that Kidd will have a very important moment in this episode. At some point, she’s going to have to make her way to National Firefighter Leadership Conference where she will have to prove herself.
NBC’s official description tells us, “Kidd must prove herself at the National Firefighter Leadership Conference.”
Will Kidd be able to prove herself worthy? That’s a very important question for this particular scenario. Whatever the case, it sounds like this storyline could serve up some pretty interesting dramatic moments. So, get prepared for it this Wednesday night.
The second spoiler teaser reveals that the Firehouse 51 crew will be very busy with some eery situations in this installment.
At some point, we’re going to see the Firehouse 51 crew get called to two different car crashes that share some very strange similarities. NBC’s description tells us, “The rest of Firehouse 51 is called to two eerily similar car wrecks.”
What strange similarities will these car wrecks share? That’s a big question for this particular storyline. It definitely sounds like this situation will offer up some very interesting and possible very dramatic, action scenes.
I can tell you ,right now, the preview photos of these car wreck scenes look very intense. So,look out for this storyline in episode 5.
The 3rd spoiler teaser reveals that Mouch is going to stir up a lot of trouble in this episode. At some point, he will start some sort of newsletter. From there, things are just going to totally get out of hand!
NBC’s description tells us, “Mouch tries to keep everyone in the firehouse informed by starting a newsletter, but things quickly get out of hand.”
How will things go awry in this Mouch situation? That’s a big question for this particular storyline. Whatever it is, it sounds like it will cause this scene to be quite dramatic.
The last and 4th teaser description reveals that Cruz will not be having a very happy time in this episode. We’re going to see him have to deal with a situation that involves some very sad heartbreak. NBC’s description for this Cruz situation reads like this, “Cruz deals with a heartbreak.”
What will this heartbreaking situation entail? That’s the burning question for this particular plotline. This situation definitely sounds like it will feature some very emotional moments during this episode.
So, some of you might have to pull out some Kleenex for this one when it hits the airwaves this Wednesday night.
Now, it’s time for the preview photos for episode 5. Every last single one of these photos features the Firehouse 51 crew on location at the sight of the car wrecks that will be taking place in this episode. So, it appears that those scenes will certainly be heavily featured.

NBC confirmed that episode 5 is indeed scheduled to air this Wednesday night, October 23, 2019 at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
