New ‘The Bachelor’ Spoilers For February 17, 2020 Episode 8 Revealed

Hey, Bachelor Nation fans. We are back with another big spoiler session for the next, new episode 8 of this current 24th season of The Bachelor. This one is the Hometowns date episode. That’s right, guys. We are already down to the final 4 ladies. How did we get here so fast?

Anyways, we’ve got a lot to tell you about this episode via ABC’s official episode 8 press release and our trusty insider source Reality Steve. So, let’s get into it.

Peter Weber’s final four women are up to bat. They are Hannah Ann Sluss, Kelsey Weier, Madison Prewett and Victoria Fuller.

The first date that ABC mentioned is Peter’s hometown with Hannah Ann. Peter will go to Knoxville,TN to see her. When Peter visits Hannah Ann’s family, he will certainly get challenged by her very protective father.

At one point, the father will get Peter to make a promise. This promise will have something to do with Peter’s use of the”L” word. Peter will also participate in a Smoky Mountain Throw Down, which involves axe-throwing, log-splitting and more.

ABC’s official description for this Peter and Hannah Ann hometown reads like this, “A trip to Hannah Ann’s hometown of Knoxville finds Peter challenged by her very protective father, who extracts a promise from him.

Peter attempts to impress Hannah Ann’s lumberjack father with his axe-throwing, crosscut saw and log-splitting prowess at the Smoky Mountain Throw Down. But once Peter brings up the “L” word to her concerned dad, he pressures Peter to only use the word love under one condition when it comes to his daughter.”

Reality Steve didn’t have much else to say about this Hannah Ann date. In fact,ABC’s description was more revealing. So, that’s all we’ve got for Peter and Hannah Ann’s outing.

Next, ABC talked about Peter and Kelsey’s hometown date in Des Moines, IA. They end up going to a winery to stomp their own grapes, taste wine and even create their own blend. They will have a good time doing this. After all of that, Kelsey will try to tell Peter how she really feels about him.

ABC’s description for this Kelsey and Peter hometown date reads like this, “Kelsey welcomes the handsome pilot to Des Moines and decides to follow her instincts on whether to share her real feelings.

Kelsey and Peter visit a winery and have a great time stomping their own grapes, tasting wine and creating their own blend, much like capturing the distinctive qualities of their relationship.

Not one to hold back her feelings, Kelsey decides that now is a good time to tell Peter how she feels about him. Is there anything to stand in their way of a happy ending?”

Reality Steve mentioned that production was trying to get Kelsey’s father to show up. So, they could get a whole bunch of drama stirred up, but it never happened. They couldn’t get him to show up.

Next, ABC talked about Peter and Madison’s hometown date. Peter flew out to Auburn,Alabama to see Madison. They will go to Madison’s college Auburn University to shoot some hoops aka play basketball.

Bruce Pear ,who is the head coach of the Auburn Tigers, will show up at one point. Peter will run into some issues when he finally meets Madison’s family because they will realize that Peter isn’t exactly on the same page them.

ABC’s description for this Madison hometown date reads like this, “Madison has a special surprise in store for Peter – who is a huge sports fan – when she meets him at Auburn University, but her family realizes that their daughter and the Bachelor might not be on the same page.

Madison plays a big sports card when she treats super sports fan Peter to a visit to Auburn University where her father is an assistant men’s basketball coach. They shoot hoops with surprise guest Bruce Pearl, head coach of the Auburn Tigers.

Madison shows some serious skills on the court, befitting a four-time high school state champion. It seems like a match made in heaven, but when Peter meets her family, they recognize there are some serious differences between the two.”

Reality Steve said that Madison’s dad refused to give Peter his blessing to marry Madison. So, it sounds like things definitely won’t go too well with the family meeting segment of their date.

Finally, ABC revealed a brief rundown of Peter and Victoria F’s date. Peter headed out to Virginia Beach,VA to see Victoria. Victoria is going to surprise Peter with a special concert by country music star Hunter Hayes.

Hunter will sing his hit song called, “I Want Crazy.” This part of the date goes quite well, but the happiness will end there.

A surprise visitor is going to show up on the scene and do something that could ruin Peter’s chance to meet Victoria’s family! It will also put Peter and Victoria’s relationship in great jeopardy!

ABC’s description for this drama-filled Peter and Victoria F hometown date reads like this, “Peter is looking forward to a drama-free day with Victoria F. in Virginia Beach.

Instead, a stunning accusation threatens their future together. Peter’s last-second change of heart throws the rose ceremony into disarray.

Victoria F. decides to surprise Peter with a special concert by country music star Hunter Hayes, who serenades the couple with his hit “I Want Crazy.” Peter is flying high and can’t wait to meet his possible future in-laws, until all hell breaks loose.

An unexpected visitor drops a bomb that might blow up Peter’s chance to meet Victoria F.’s family and potentially jeopardize their relationship.”

Reality Steve had a lot ot say about this one. To make a very long article short, he said he received a lot of emails about Victoria F being a homewrecker in Virginia Beach.

She made it a practice to date married men of women she actually knew and were friends with. Reality Steve did some research into it by speaking with a few of the wives, and he found out she did this about 3 or 4 times!

So, we’re guessing Victoria’s past is going to catch up to her in this hometown dates episode, and she’ll probably get called out about all of her home-wrecking activities.

Man, Peter sure knows how to pick em doesn’t he? I mentioned there were so many red flags with Victoria F all through this season. I didn’t even need to know about her home-wrecking past to see that she has some serious issues.

Anyways, during the rose ceremony, Peter is going to start having second thoughts about who to give roses to.

According to Reality Steve, Peter ends up cutting Kelsey Weier. So, Kelsey will get eliminated. However, ABC mentioned that after the rose ceremony, one woman will express some serious concerns to Peter, and these concerns could change everything!

ABC’s press release confirmed that episode 8 is indeed scheduled to air this Monday night, February 17, 2020 at approximately 7 pm central standard time. Episodes can also be viewed next day on demand and on Hulu.
