It sounds like the new episode 18 will feature some intense, dramatic and interesting scenes as Meredith encounters tons of new pressure! DeLuca tries to go all out to help a kid that’s in danger and more!

We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the stressed out Meredith situation. It turns out that Meredith will indeed bite off more than she can chew in this episode.

We’re going to see Meredith try to offer up free medical attention for a day, and she will just get totally bombarded by freeloaders to the point that she just can’t keep up with everything!

ABC’s official description for this Meredith free medical day storyline tells us, “Meredith heads up a pro bono surgery day, but the overwhelming patient response causes her to struggle to keep things in order.”

An alternate description reads like this, “MEREDITH LEADS THE CHARGE DURING GREY SLOAN’S PRO BONO SURGERY DAY.”

Will Meredith be able to pull it together in the end? That is a big question we’ll be looking to see get answered in this episode. Whatever the case, it sounds like we’ll get some extremely intense and dramatic scenes out of this storyline. So, get ready for it when next week gets here.

The second and last teaser description reveals that Andrew DeLuca will definitely have his hands full in this episode. At some point, he’s going to treat a young, teenage patient.

While doing so, DeLuca will start to suspect the kid is in quite a bit of danger. In light of this, DeLuca will pull out all the stops in an effort to get Bailey to friggin believe him.

ABC’s description for this latest, very intense DeLuca situation reads like this, “DeLuca treats a teenage patient whom he suspects is in danger and desperately tries to get Bailey to support his theory.”

Will DeLuca be able to get Bailey to believe his theory? That is a very important question for this scenario. Whether he does or whether he doesn’t, it certainly sounds like this storyline will deliver some very intense set of scenes as well.

The new preview photos for episode 18 feature the main lady Meredith in a few different scenes. She’s seen trying to deal with all of her pro bono responsibilities, and it definitely looks hectic.

There’s a major surgery scene in a few of these pics. Link and Levi are seen performing the surgery. Tom has a few intense scenes with Meredith in the photos.

Richard is seen looking pretty serious in a few of the pics. In one of them, he’s with Maggie. Owen, Amelia and Bailey are spotted in various different photos.
