‘SWAT’ Season 3, May 6, 2020 Finale Episode 21 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight

Hey, “S.W.A.T.” fans. We are back on here, tonight, because we have to inform you of some very bad news. It turns out that CBS will not be airing the next, new finale episode 21 of SWAT’s current season 3 tonight, May 6, 2020.

Yep, it’s true, guys. This will also be the case next Wednesday night, May 13, 2020. We have been informed that CBS is scheduled to air the new episode 21 on Wednesday night, May 20, 2020 in its usual 9 pm central standard time slot. So, be sure to write down that very important date and time, or make sure you remember the hell out of it.

What will CBS air instead of the next, new episode 21 of SWAT’s 3rd season tonight? According to the TV Guide listings, CBS is going to air the new Seal Team season 3 finale episode 20 in the 9 pm central standard time slot because they’re airing a special two-hour episode of their hit reality show “Survivor” before that in the 7 pm to 9 pm central standard time slot.

The title for Seal Team’s season 3 finale episode 21 is called, “No Choice In Duty.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Jason and Mandy visit a family of an informant who was killed in duty; Ray and the Bravo head out for a time-sensitive mission; Davis says the terrorist leader they are after is related to someone from Jason’s past.”

Then next Wednesday night, May 13, 2020, CBS will air Survivor for their entire primetime line up, from 7 pm to 10 pm central standard time. However,that is subject to change because it seems highly weird that they would do that. I mean they only do that during the show’s finale episode. So, we’ll definitely have to wait and see further details about that. Oh, wait. We’ve just been informed that the season 40 finale of Survivor is next week. That’s why it’s taking up a full 3 hours.

Anyways, if that line of programming is something you would still like to tune in for, just flip on CBS during this two-week delay. If it isn’t, you will definitely want to make some other plans as quick as possible.

With all that said, we do have new info for the next, new finale episode 21 of SWAT’s current season 3. CBS served up an official press release for it. So, we’re going to go over it right now.

Before we jump in to the press release, we must warn you guys that it does contain light spoiler teasers. So, if you’re a person that avoids spoilers, we highly suggest that you close this article out right now.

On the other hand, if you totally dig spoilers, and you can’t wait to see more of them, we think you should definitely stick around.

Now that our spoiler warning is out there for the world to see, lets dive into this finale episode 21 press release. First off, it goes by the title of, “Diablo.”

It sounds like episode 21 will feature some very intense, dramatic, action-filled, suspenseful and interesting scenes.

In the new episode 21, The SWAT crew will set up a joint mission with the DEA to stop a drug-smuggling plot in Los Angeles. However, the mission will fall apart. The drug smugglers will crash a plan in a suburb of Los Angeles and make a run for it! In response to it,The SWAT team will head out to try and hunt down the drug smugglers.

Hondo will attempt to play nice with Nichelle by trying to make amends with her. Luca will have some problems in this episode. We will see him battle with anxiety when he tries to return to the field.

Elsewhere, Deacon will have an unsure moment in this episode. Apparently, he will get asked to speak to some recruits about mental health, and he will hesitate with his answer.

CBS’ official description for episode 21 reads like this, ” The SWAT team searches for a group of drug smugglers who crash a plane in a Los Angeles suburb and scatter after a joint mission with the DEA to stop the shipment goes awry.

Also, Hondo tries to make amends with Nichelle, Luca experiences anxiety about his return to the field, and Deacon hesitates when asked to speak to a group of recruits about mental health.”

An alternate description reads like this, “AFTER A JOINT MISSION WITH THE DEA GOES AWRY, THE SWAT TEAM SEARCHES FOR A GROUP OF DRUG SMUGGLERS WHO CRASH A PLANE IN A LOS ANGELES SUBURB AND SCATTER.”

Episode 21 will feature quite a few guest stars. They are: Chris L. McKenna as character (Agent Simons), Hugo Carbajal as character (Blue Collar), Luis Carazo as character (El Diablo), Ramon Fernandez as character (Gold), Carlos Carrera as character (Hoodie), Nate Walker as character (Jeb), E. Ambriz DeColosio as character (Bobby).

Guest stars continued: Thomas Roach as character (K-9 Handler), Liana Arauz as character (Maria), Josh Harp as character (Randall), Shin Ne Nielson as character (Officer Willis), Karen Sours Albisua as character (Rosa), Mercy Malick as character (Sergeant Roberts), Fanny Veliz Grande as character (Terrified Woman), Makeda Declet as character (Sybil) and Brynn Horrocks as character (Wilma).

Episode 21 will feature a few recurring stars. They are: Rochelle Aytes as character (Nichelle) and Cathy Cahlin Ryan as character (Wendy).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 21 are: Shemar Moore as character (Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson), Alex Russell as character (Jim Street), Jay Harrington as character (David “Deacon” Kay), Lina Esco as character (Christina “Chris” Alonso), Kenny Johnson as character (Dominique Luca), David Lim as character (Victor Tan), Patrick St. Esprit as character (Commander Robert Hicks) and Amy Farrington as character (Lieutenant Piper Lynch).

Episode 21 was written by Munis Rashid & Robert Wittstadt, and it was directed by Douglas Aarniokoski.

Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new finale episode 21 of SWAT’s current season 3 is scheduled to air on Wednesday night, May 20, 2020 at approximately 9 pm central standard time.
