‘Blue Bloods’ Season 10, May 8, 2020 Not Airing. Season Is Over. Renewed For Season 11
Hey, “Blue Bloods” fans. We are back with a brand new article for you very special people. For those of you who didn’t get the memo. Last week’s episode 19 was indeed the very last episode of Blue Bloods’ season 10.
We’re pretty sure season 10 was cut short due to the terrible pandemic that hit us. Most of the CBS primetime, scripted shows that had full seasons got hit and had to shut down their productions.
Despite all of that, we do have some very good news for you guys. We do have official word that CBS has indeed renewed Blue Bloods for a brand new season 11!
Right now, we presume that Blue Bloods will get another full season of 20 or so episodes. So, you can rejoice over that.
Of course, we’ll have to wait for an official announcement from CBS to confirm it. Hopefully, that will happen later this Summer. Normally, we could say that for sure, buy in light of all this pandemic mess that’s going on, we just can’t. We’re just playing it by ear right now.
What we can do is tell you how Blue Bloods did in the ratings for season 10. It did really, really well. It averaged 7.685 million LIVE viewers per episode and a 0.65 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics.
The season 10 finale episode 19, which aired on May 1, 2020 brought in 8.522 million LIVE viewers and a 0.70 ratings score.
With numbers like that, we definitely think CBS will have a full season order for Blue Bloods’ upcoming season 11.
Alright guys. That appears to be all the news we have for this latest “Blue Bloods” TV show report at the moment, but definitely stay tuned for more.
