Chicago Fire Season 9, April 14, 2021 Episode 12 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “Chicago Fire” fans. Unfortunately, we have some bad news for you guys in this article because it turns out that your favorite NBC drama Chicago Fire will be missing in action again from the NBC primetime line up tonight, April 14, 2021. That’s right, guys. NBC is not airing the next, new episode 12 of Chicago Fire’s current season 9 tonight.
The good news is that we did get official confirmation from the NBC folks that they do intend to air the new episode 12 next Wednesday night, April 21, 2021 in its usual 8 pm central standard time slot. So, this will just be a one-week delay for Chicago Fire. Definitely, be sure to memorize that very important April 21, 2021 date and time.
We did find out what on Earth is NBC airing instead of the next, new episode 12 of Chicago Fire’s current season 9 tonight. According to the TV guide listings, CBS is going to deliver a repeat episode of Chicago Fire. This particular repeat episode will be the 6th episode of this season 9 titled, “BLOW THIS UP SOMEHOW.”
NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “Gallo makes a split-second decision during a dangerous fire rescue leaving Casey steaming that his direct orders were not obeyed. Kidd feels a strain in her relationship with Severide. Brett and Mackey find themselves searching for answers following a series of suspicious calls.”
If any of you guys are interested in watching this particular repeat episode of Chicago fire, you might still want to tune in to NBC tonight as you normally would.
If this repeat episode of Chicago Fire isn’t your cup of tea, you will certainly want to get some other plans whipped up real quick for tonight.
Spoiler Warning: For those of you who like spoilers, you are in luck because we were able to extract a couple of them for the next, new episode 12 of Chicago Fire’s current season 9 from NBC’s official episode 12 press release. So, we’re going to go over it real quick.
First thing’s first. We’ve got an official title for this new episode 12 from NBC. It’s called, “NATURAL BORN FIREFIGHTER.” It sounds like episode 12 will feature some possible action-filled, intense, dramatic and emotional scenes.
In the new episode 12, Mouch will have a very incredible moment when he makes a save that is noting short of amazing. However, as great as that save from Mouch was, more attention will be payed to a mystery guy that put in work to help rescue his neighbor.
Elsewhere, Casey will be a total worry wart in this episode as he will be very concerned about what his future is with the CFD.
NBC’s official description for episode 12 reads like this, “While Mouch makes an incredible save, all eyes are on a mystery man who helped save his neighbor. Casey worries about his future at the CFD.”
Again, NBC confirmed that the next, new episode 12 of Chicago Fire’s current season 9 is scheduled to finally air next Wednesday night, April 21, 2021 at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
