FBI Most Wanted New Season 4 Is Losing Another Major Character
Hey, “FBI: Most Wanted” fans. We hope you guys totally enjoyed the most recent season 3 of FBI: Most Wanted and everyone in it because we’re here, right now, to break the news to you that not everyone will be back for the next, new season 4.
Yep, that’s right, guys. We just found a report from the folks over at Deadline.com that reveals actor Miguel Gomez has decided to quit the show. He plays character Special Agent Ivan Ortiz on the show.
The Ivan Ortiz character became a series regular midway through the second season. Now, he just won’t be on there at all. It’s reported that it was a mutual decision for him to leave the show. The writers had Ortiz’s character return to Los Angeles to take care of his sick father. So, they didn’t kill him off. That means the door is left open for him to return, one day, if the fates allow it.
Deadline.com went on to report that the people you can expect to see return are: Dylan McDermott aka Remy Scott, Keisha Castle-Hughes aka Hana Gibson, Roxy Sternberg aka Sheryll Barnes and Alexa Davalos aka Kristin Gaines.
As we previously reported, FBI: Most Wanted along with all the FBI productions FBI and FBI: International were renewed by CBS for two, new seasons. So, FBI: Most Wanted seasons 4 and 5 are already locked in.
FBI Most Wanted season 3 averaged 5.599 million LIVE viewers per episode, and a 0.52 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics. With those great numbers, we can certainly see why CBS ordered up two more seasons of it. How do you guys feel about Miguel Gomez aka Special Agent Ivan Ortiz leaving the show? Let us know in the comments section.
