New Amsterdam Season 5 Spoilers For January 17, 2023 Finale Episodes 12 & 13 Revealed
Hey, “New Amsterdam” fans. We hope you guys totally enjoyed what episode 11 delivered a few weeks back. Now that episode 11 is way, way off in the past, we are back in your faces to tell you what will be going down in the next, new, finale episodes 12 and 13 of New Amsterdam’s current season 5 as they are both scheduled to air back-to-back tonight, January 17, 2023.
That’s right, guys. Not only will episodes 12 and 13 be the season 5 finale episodes, they will also be the series finale episodes. That means after them, there will be no more New Amsterdam episodes forever. We’re sorry to break the news to you.
We did track down some new, official teasers scoops for these new episodes 12 and 13 via NBC’s official episodes 12 and 13 press releases. So, we’re going to dive into those right now. Let’s get to it.
First off, we did get some official titles for episodes 12 and 13 of New Amsterdam season 5 from NBC. Episode 12 is called, “RIGHT PLACE.” Episode 13 is called, “HOW CAN I HELP?” We’ll go over episode 12 first.
It sounds like episode 12 will feature some very interesting, intense, dramatic and emotional scenes as a drug dilemma pops up. A very serious medical situation takes place. A desperate woman in need of help catches Iggy’s attention and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the drug dilemma situation. Yep, it turns out that a revolutionary cancer drug will show up on the scene at some point. Max and Wilder will be very busy trying to get it approved, but they will end up facing some issues with the approval process. Also, Max will find out a secret in regards to his own war with cancer.
NBC’s official description for this cancer drug approval plotline tells us, “Max and Wilder face a dilemma over approvals for a revolutionary cancer drug as Max learns a secret about his own bout with cancer.”
The second spoiler scoop reveals that Floyd Reynolds will be heavily featured at some point in this episode because he will be seen going all out to fix a certain medical situation that is quite serious.
NBC’s description for this serious medical situation reads like this, “Reynolds goes the extra mile to correct a dire medical situation.”
The 3rd and last teaser spoiler for this new episode 12 lets us know that a certain woman will be in some very desperate need of help. So much so that she will catch Iggy’s attention. When Iggy tries to help this lady, he’s going to find out that the system is not going to give him any help at all. In fact, it will be working to stop him from helping the lady out.
NBC’s description for this latest, Iggy situation reads like this, “Iggy tries desperately to help a woman in need, but finds the system is working against him.”
NBC’s official description for the new, finale episode 13 of New Amsterdam’s current and last season 5 reads like this, “In the series finale, everyone’s story reaches a surprising yet inevitable conclusion.”
NBC’s press release confirmed that the next, new episodes 12 and 13 of New Amsterdam’s current and last season 5 is indeed scheduled to show up tonight, January 17, 2023, starting at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
