To begin, we were given an official title for this new episode 4 of A Million Little Things season 5. It turns out that the writers decided to give it the name, “A bird in the hand.” It sounds like episode 4 will feature some very interesting, dramatic, intense and possible emotional scenes as a birthing class takes place. A shocking twist pops up with Rome and Regina. A hard lesson gets learned and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the birthing class situation. Yep, it turns out that Maggie and Gary will head off to a birthing class in this episode to practice some breathing techniques, and they will end up getting more than they expected.

The second spoiler scoop reveals that Rome and Regina will be on a quest of sorts in this episode as they will be trying to employ a caregiver for Walter at some point. However, this journey for them will get interrupted by something they supposedly will not expect.
