New American Idol April 9 & 10, 2023 Episodes 9 And 10 Preview Revealed
Hey, “American Idol” fans. We’re back on here to tell you that ABC will be airing another new set of American Idol episodes for you guys tonight, April 9, 2023 and tomorrow night, April 10, 2023. That’s right, guys. Tonight and tomorrow night’s new shows will be the 9th and 10th ones for American Idol’s current season 21, and we’ve got some very important preview information for them.
We were able to round up some new, official information for these new episodes 9 and 10 from ABC’s official episodes 9 and 10 press releases and some of info from the people over at MJSbigblog.com. So, we’re going to dive into that info right now. Let’s go.
This first round of information comes from ABC directly. It’s their official press release for episodes 9 and 10. They’re telling us that episode 9 is titled, “Showstopper/Final Judgment Part #1.” Episode 10 is titled, “Showstopper/Final Judgment Part #2.”
In both of these episodes, the remaining American Idol contestants are going to hit the stage to perform with an actual band for the very first time this season. During these band rounds, the contestants will be competing for a chance to make it to the America’s LIVE voting rounds. Episodes 9 and 10 will also feature a Final Judgement segment that features two pairs of contestants facing off against each other in front of the judges to try to get to the next round.
ABC’s official description for episodes 9 and 10 read like this, “Performing with a band for the first time, Idol hopefuls sing their hearts out in their last chance to make it to America’s vote. In the Final Judgment, two pairs of contestants face off with the judges sealing their fate for the next round.”
The information that we got from MJSbigblog.com reveals that these episodes 9 and 10 rounds will feature 55 contestants hitting the stage to perform with a LIVE band. After the performances are complete, the judges: Lionel Richie, Katy Perry and Luke Bryan will choose who will advance to the top 26.
They also revealed that contestants PJAE and Malik are going to face off against each other in one of these final judgement segments. Their press photos they received also revealed that episodes 9 and 10 will feature contestants: Adin Boyer, Fire, Haven Madison, KAEYRA, KAYLIN HEDGES, LUCY LOVE, MEGAN DANIELLE, MICHAEL WILLIAMS, NUTSA, TYSON VENEGAS, WARREN PEAY, WÉ ANI and ZACHARIAH SMITH.
ABC’s press release confirmed that American Idol will be brand new again tonight and tomorrow night, April 9 and 10, 2023. They will both hit the air at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
