Saturday Night LIVE June 17, 2023 Episode Not New. It’s A Repeat. Preview Revealed
Hey, “Saturday Night LIVE” fans. We’re back on to let you know that NBC will be serving up another repeat episode of Saturday Night LIVE tonight, June 17, 2023. As we previously reported, the Writers Guild Of America is currently conducting a writers strike.
It started back on May 2, 2023. So, it’s about a month and a half old now. It affected Saturday Night LIVE immediately since they usually create new episodes on a weekly basis. They decided to shut down production until the Fall 2023.
However, if this writers strike isn’t cleared up by then, new episodes of Saturday Night LIVE could get delayed even longer. With all that said, we do have the repeat episode of Saturday Night LIVE that NBC will be airing tonight. They’re going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on October 8, 2022.
It featured 68 year old Irish actor Brendan Gleeson showing up to handle the hosting duties, and it featured musical performances from American singer and TV personality Willow Smith.
If any of you guys happened to have missed that particular repeat episode of Saturday Night LIVE, you might still want to tune into NBC tonight to check it out. If you did catch that repeat episode of Saturday Night LIVE and have absolutely no desire to watch it again, you will certainly want to get some alternate plans scheduled for tonight at that time.
Again, it’s been confirmed that Saturday Night LIVE will be a repeat episode again tonight, June 17, 2023, due to the ongoing writers strike situation, and it’s scheduled to hit your TV sets, starting at approximately 10:29 pm central standard time on NBC.
