ABC put out an official press release for tonight’s new, November 7, 2023 episode 7. So, that’s what we’ll be taking a look at for this preview session. Let’s get into it.
To start, ABC let us know that the theme of tonight’s new, November 7, 2023 episode 7 is called, “Music Video Night”. That means you’re going to see the couples dance to songs that are associated with the most iconic music videos.
Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli will be on hand again as judges. They will be joined by the legendary Paula Abdul for some guest judging. This episode will feature the team dance competition, which will feature Alyson & Sasha, Jason & Daniella, Ariana & Pasha and Barry & Peta on one team, and Harry & Rylee, Lele & Brandon, Xochitl & Val and Charity & Artem on another team.
After all of that, America will be able to vote LIVE for their favorite couple. Then, the couple with the least amount of votes will sadly be eliminated.
ABC’s official description for tonight’s new, November 7, 2023 episode 7 of Dancing With The Stars season 32 reads like this, “Tune is as the eight remaining couples prepare for an electrifying night as they perform dances to songs behind the most iconic music videos.
Special guest judge, singer, dancer and choreographer Paula Abdul will walk out to “Forever Your Girl” by Paula Abdul, plus the fan-favorite team dance competition returns to the ballroom: Team 4 Everybody – “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)” by Backstreet Boys. Alyson & Sasha, Jason & Daniella, Ariana & Pasha and Barry & Peta. Team Young’n Style – “Gangnam Style” by PSY. Harry & Rylee, Lele & Brandon, Xochitl & Val and Charity & Artem.
Fans will be able to vote during the live simulcast of the show in the EST/CST time zones. During this time, online voting will be available to fans in any time zone in the U.S., its territories and Canada via dwtsvote.abc.com, and fans with a participating U.S. wireless carrier can also vote via SMS/text (fans in Canada cannot vote via SMS/text). Live viewer votes will be combined with the judges’ scores each episode to determine which couples may be in jeopardy of elimination.”
ABC’s press release also revealed what dances the couples will perform tonight. Alyson Hannigan and pro Sasha Farber will perform a Quickstep to “Candyman” by Christina Aguilera. Xochitl Gomez and pro Val Chmerkovskiy will perform a Jazz to “Hollaback Girl” by Gwen Stefani.
Ariana Madix and pro Pasha Pashkov will perform a Cha Cha to “I’m A Slave 4 U” by Britney Spears. Lele Pons and pro Brandon Armstrong will perform a Salsa to “Whenever, Wherever” by Shakira.
Charity Lawson and pro Artem Chigvintsev will perform a Jazz to “All For You” by Janet Jackson. Jason Mraz and pro Daniella Karagach will perform a Jazz to “Take On Me” by a-ha. Harry Jowsey and pro Rylee Arnold will perform a Jazz to “It’s Gonna Be Me” by *NSYNC. Barry Williams and pro Peta Murgatroyd will perform a Quickstep to “I’m Still Standing” by Elton John.
ABC’s press release confirmed that the next, new episode 7 of Dancing With The Stars’ current season 32 is indeed scheduled to hit your TV sets tonight, November 7, 2023, starting at approximately 7 pm central standard time. Tonight’s new episode will be a 1-hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 9 pm central standard time.
