The Amazing Race November 22, 2023 Eliminated Robbin & Chelsea (Recap)
Hey, “The Amazing Race” fans. Tonight, November 22, 2023, another new episode of The Amazing Race’s current season 35 did indeed hit the air, and another unlucky team did bite the dust for being too slow to the finish line. Tonight’s new episode kicked off with the teams learning they had to travel on foot to Congress Square to get their next clue.
Once they got to Congress Square, they hit a Roadblock challenge that required one team member to carry wooden utensils on their back and make a delivery to get their next clue.
After the teams successfully completed the Roadblock challenge, they had to drive to Pivka Jama subterranean caves to get their next clue. When they got there, they had to descend deeper into the cave and bring the fake dragon to life by assembling pieces to build the dragon to get their next clue.
After the cave and dragon task, the teams had to drive to the Fonda Fish Farm to get their next clue. When they got there, they ran into their detours, which were either, “Swap Out” or “Scrape Off.”
In the “Swap Out” detour, the teams had to use a kayak to locate two marked buoys. Then, they had to swap out old buoys with new buoys to collect mussels to get their next clue. In the “Scrape Off” detour, the teams had to clean two rings used for fish farming to get their next clue. Rob and Corey decided to switch detours after running into issues with the Swap Out detour. Apparently, they forgot to get the bag of mussels, and they could never find it.
After the teams successfully completed the detours they chose, they were directed to drive to Grad Socerb, which was the pit stop for this leg of the race. Greg and John arrived in first place and won $5000 each.
Joel and Garrett took 2nd place. Steve and Anna Leigh claimed the 3rd spot. Rob and Corey took 4th place. Todd and Ashlie took the very important 5th place to just narrowly avoid being last. Poor Robbin and Chelsea showed up last and were eliminated. They told the private cams,”The race is just another notch in our friendship belt.”
