First off, there is an official title for this new episode 2 of Grey’s Anatomy season 20. The writers decided to go with the name, “Keep the Family Close.” It sounds like episode 2 will feature some very interesting, possible intense and dramatic scenes.
The first spoiler scoop reveals that Bailey will have a meet-up with the interns at some point to deliver to them the news that they will need to complete dozens of basic procedures before they can ever be allowed to go back into surgery.

The second spoiler scoop reveals that Simone and Lucas will get some new screentime in this episode. During their new scenes, they will totally be awkward around each other.
