New ‘Ghost Rider,Spirit of Vengeance’ movie delivered great action,thrills & more. Columbia Pictures (Sony) released their new action/thriller flick “Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out,and I thought it was very entertaining. It delivered plenty of action,thrills,and suspense. The movie stars: Nicolas Cage, Fergus Riordan, Ciaran Hinds, Violante Placido, Idris Elba,and Johnny Whitworth,
In the film, Johnny Blaze (Nicolase Cage) makes a deal with Moreau (Idris Elba) to get the Ghost Rider curse, lifted. Johnny needed to use the Rider to hunt down a boy named Danny,and bring him to Moreau.
Johnny and the Ghost Rider eventually hunt down the boy,but were definitely met with some turbulence as the Devil already had his minions,hunting for the boy. After a rough start, Johnny and Danny’s mother Nadya team up to rescue Danny from the minions. Once they did,Johnny discovers that the boy has the same powers as the Devil,and is able to make the Rider change back into human form.
From this point, Johnny,Danny,and Nadya make their way to Moreau,who eventually takes them to a temple or church,filled with monks or priests. Moreau delivers on his promise to help Johnny remove the Ghost Rider curse. Unfortunately, the monks deceived Moreau,and wanted to kill Danny instead of help him.
On the verge of death,one of the Devil’s minions show up to take out the monks,and take Danny to the Devil,which turned out to be Danny’s father. Still wanting to help Danny,Johnny,Moreau,and Nadya make their way to the Devil’s location to stop him from trying to transfer himself into Danny’s body.
However,at this point,Johnny had no more Ghost Rider power,so he eventually runs into great trouble,leading up to a huge,action-filled,conclusion that has Johnny regaining the power of the Ghost Rider,and also coming in touch with the Angelic power it originated from.
I enjoyed watching this film a lot. It was never boring,and contained a ton of awesome action scenes,special effects,car chases,shootouts,and more. I also liked the plot.
