Empire Spoilers For Season 5, April 24, 2019 Episode 16 Revealed
Hey, fellow “Empire” fans. We hope you guys enjoyed tonight’s episode 15. Now that it’s officially in the history books, it’s time to see what the next week’s new episode 16 will throw at you guys. The folks over at FOX served up a new press release for episode 16, and it looks like it’s pretty packed with a lot of teaser intel. So, that’s what we’ll certainly be using for this spoiler session.
To get everything started, FOX’s press release revealed that this 16th episode is labeled, “Never Doubt I Love.” Episode 16 sounds like it will feature some very dramatic and interesting scenes as that very intense investigator lady ,Meghan Conway, continues her pursuit of taking down the Lyons! Damon tries to expose Cookie! Beautiful Teri has a secret to unleash. Andre seeks more help from Lucious and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Meghan Conway situation. We will definitely see more of her in action as she continues to do whatever she humanly can to take down the Lyons! FOX’s official description tells us,”It’s a special day for Jamal and Kai (guest star Toby Onwumere), but drama might ruin it when AUSA’s Meghan Conway (guest star Alicia Coppola) continues to pursue the Lyons by any means necessary.”
What else is Meghan going to try and pull off? That’s the big question for this particular storyline. We know she’s very intense. So, she should make this a very interesting and possibly extremely dramatic scene.
The second spoiler scoop reveals that Damon is about to be slimy again and turn on Cookie big time! He’s going to threaten to expose Cookie’s dirty secret! FOX’s description reads like this, “Damon (guest star Wood Harris) shows up, threatening to expose Cookie’s secret.”
Will Damon actually go through with it? That’s the big question for this particular storyline. We know Damon is most certainly crazy enough to do it. So, we’ll just have to wait and see.
The third spoiler teaser reveals that Cookie will somehow get Teri to open up about a huge secret she’s been keeping inside! FOX’s description reads like this, “Teri (guest star Meta Golding) confides in Cookie, sharing a big secret.”
What will this huge Teri secret consist of? That’s the major question for this particular storyline.
The 4th spoiler scoop reveals that Lucious and Andre will have another big scene together. During it, Andre is going to ask Lucious to help him pull off a task that’s so important, it could change lives! FOX’s description tells us, “Andre asks Lucious for help with a life-altering task.”
What will this huge, life-changing task consist of exactly? That’s no doubt the big question for this paticular situation. Also, singing legend Chaka Khan will be performing in this episode.
Episode 16 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Claudette Burchett as character Juanita, Alicia Coppola as character Meghan Conway, Toby Onwumere as character Kai, Wood Harris as character Damon Cross, Chaka Khan as herself, Joss Stone as character Wynter, Rebecca Spence as character Stacey Hayes, Meta Golding as character Teri, and Mario as character DeVon.
The season regulars that will be featured in episode 16 are: Terrence Howard as character Lucious Lyon, Taraji P. Henson as character Cookie Lyon, Jussie Smollett as character Jamal Lyon, Bryshere ‘Yazz’ Gray as character Hakeem Lyon, Trai Byers as character Andre Lyon, Gabourey Sidibe as character Becky, Serayah McNeill as character Tiana, Ta’Rhonda Jones as character Porsha, Andre Royo as character Thurston “Thirsty” Rawlings, Nicole Ari Parker as character Giselle Sims-Barker, Chet Hanks as character Blake Sterling, Rhyon Nicole Brown as character Maya, and A.Z. Kelsey as character Jeff Kingsley.
FOX’s press release confirmed that episode 16 is indeed scheduled to air next Wednesday night, April 24, 2019 at approximately 7 pm central standard time on FOX.
