‘NCIS’ Season 17, October 29, 2019 Episode 6 Delayed. It’s Not Airing That Night

Hey, “NCIS” fans. We unfortunately have some bad news for you guys in this article. It turns out that it’s that time of the year again for the show to take a bit of a break for whatever reason.

The next, new 6th episode of this current season 17 will not be airing on Tuesday night, October 29, 2019.

Instead, CBS will air it on Tuesday night, November 5,2019 at approximately 7 pm central standard time on CBS of course. So, be sure to mark down that very important date on your TV show calendars.

So, what will CBS be airing in NCIS’ place on October 29, 2019? According to the TV guide listings, they will be airing NCIS. It just won’t be a new episode. It’s going to be a rerun. The rerun they will be airing is the 13th episode of season 16 titled,”She.”

The official description for that episode reads like this, “A malnourished and confused 9-year-old is found hiding in a storage unit, causing NCIS to reopen an old missing persons case when the girl is believed to be the daughter of a Navy recruit who disappeared 10 years ago.

Also, Bishop discovers notes that Special Agent Ziva David kept on the case long after NCIS officially stopped investigating.”

If for some reason, some of you guys didn’t see that episode the first time around or just want to watch it again, you’ll probably still want to tune into CBS that night. However, if you don’t want to watch it, you’ll definitely want to find something else to watch or do that night.

We do have a bit of good news to share in this article. CBS did serve up an official press release for the 6th episode. It does contain some spoiler teasers. So, If you don’t like spoiler teasers, we do highly suggest you exit this article right now. If you don’t mind spoiler teasers, by all means please keep reading this article.

Now that we’ve gotten our spoiler warning out of the way, let’s do this. For starters, CBS’ press release revealed that the new episode 6 is titled,”Institutionalized.” It sounds like episode 6 will feature some very interesting, emotional and possible dramatic scenes.

In episode 6, a petty officer’s son is going to come up murdered at his big party bash that was thrown for him getting out of prison. This will, of course, cause an investigation to be launched.

It turns out that the evidence found will not sit well with Kasie at all because it’s actually going to incriminate her best friend that she’s had for life, Dante Brown!

CBS’ official description for episode 6 tells us, “After a petty officer’s son is found murdered at his “welcome home from prison” party, evidence suggests Kasie’s lifelong best friend, Dante Brown (Devale Ellis), is the suspect.”

CBS also released some preview photos for episode 6. Kasie is featured in a lot of these photos. They also show her best friend Dante getting arrested. So, it looks like that will be a very intense scene indeed. Gibbs is seen having a serious talk with Kasie in one of the photos.

Agents McGee and Torres are spotted in a pretty serious-looking scene together. Gibbs and McGee have some scenes together as well. These are very serious scenes as they’re all suited up with their guns out and everything.

Episode 6 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Devale Ellis as character (Dante Brown), Wayne Lopez as charcter (Prison Sergeant Desmond Walters), Bertila Damas as character (Navy Master Chief Petty Officer Renee Quichera), Elizabeth Laidlaw as character (Correction Officer Rita Brindle), Martin Copping as character (Benny the Bartender).

Guest stars continued: E. Ambriz De Colosio as character (Ricky McCoy), Brent Henri as character (Kendall “Trey” Quichera), Carl Donelson as character (Edgar Ramirez) and Mary Kate Garrney as character (Tanya Owens).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 6 are: Mark Harmon as character (NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs), Sean Murray as character (NCIS Special Agent Timothy McGee), Emily Wickersham as character (NCIS Special Agent Eleanor “Ellie” Bishop), Wilmer Valderrama as character (NCIS Special Agent Nicholas “Nick” Torres), Maria Bello as character (NCIS Special Agent Jaqueline “Jack” Sloane), Brian Dietzen as character (Medical Examiner Jimmy Palmer), Diona Reasonover as character (Forensic Scientist Kasie Hines), Rocky Carroll as character (NCIS Director Leon Vance) and David McCallum as character (Dr. Donald “Ducky” Mallard).

Episode 6 was written by David J. North, and it was directed by Tony Wharmby. Again, episode 6 is officially confirmed to air on Tuesday night, November 5, 2019 at approximately 7 pm central standard time on CBS.

    Get rid of the character, Kasie; she is awful; she needs to be recast with the caliber of actor that is at the same level as the rest of the cast

  3. It is apparent that the writer is a statistics geek. I like
    the way he writes and writes facts. It is always such a joy to
    read articles made by actual professionals. I am fed up with that no-name, ghostwritten articles.
    That is the reason it was so nice to look at a persuasive
    piece.
