New 60 Minutes April 2, 2023 Episode Preview Revealed
Hey, “60 Minutes” fans. We’ve got some more great news for you ,today, because the folks over at CBS are going to serve up another new session of your favorite news show 60 Minutes tonight, April 2, 2023. That’s right, guys. CBS is going to deliver the 18th episode of 60 Minutes’ current season 55 tonight, and we’ve got some new preview information for it.
CBS served up an official description for this new, April 2, 2023 episode 28 via their official, April 2, 2023 episode press release. So, we are going to certainly dip into it to deliver this preview session. Let’s get started.
First off, there is an official title for tonight’s new episode. It’s called, “MTG; The Secretary and the Border; Fire and Ice.”
Tonight’s new episode will feature American journalist Lesley Stahl doing a very in-depth interview with Georgia Republican Representative Marjorie Greene. CBS points out that this interview took place a few days before Donald Trump got indicted. During this interview, Lesley and Marjorie talk about Marjorie’s America First, populist views and more.
CBS’ official description for tonight’s new, April 2, 2023 episode 18 of 60 Minutes reads like this, “Lesley Stahl sat down with Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene – days before the indictment of former President Donald Trump – for a wide-ranging interview and profile.
Greene, an influential and vocal member of the far right and close ally of Trump, speaks with Stahl at her home in Georgia and meets in the halls of Congress in Washington, D.C., to discuss her America First, populist views as she continues her rise in the Republican party.”
An alternate description tells us, “Stahl visits Marjorie Taylor Greene’s home in Georgia and Joins her in Washington, D.C. for an Extensive Interview and Profile.”
The TV guide listings gave us some more information about tonight’s new, 60 Minutes episode. Apparently, the Marjore Taylor Greene interview is just one of the main segments that will be featured. This episode will also show segments featuring Homeland Security secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. There will also be a segment featuring Icelandic scientists who have made discoveries in regards to forecasting volcanic eruptions.
TV guide’s official description for tonight’s new, April 2, 2023 episode reads like this, “Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.); Alejandro Mayorkas, homeland security secretary; Icelandic scientists make discoveries about forecasting volcanic eruptions.”
CBS’ press release confirmed that 60 Minutes is brand new tonight, April 2, 2023, and it’s scheduled to hit the air at approximately 6 pm central standard time.
