Saturday Night LIVE July 8, 2023 Episode Not New. It’s A Repeat. Preview Revealed
Hey, “Saturday Night LIVE” fans. Unfortunately, we are back on here to tell you that another repeat episode of Saturday Night LIVE is indeed coming your way tonight, July 8,2023. As we previously reported, the Saturday Night LIVE crew actually shut down production back in May 2023 due to the ongoing, WGA writers strike. Since then, NBC has been forced to serve up repeat episodes of Saturday Night LIVE.
Currently, the Saturday Night LIVE production has been tentatively shut down until sometime in the Fall of 2023. However, if this writers strike keeps going, the shutdown could last a lot longer. The writers strike started back on May 2, 2023 and is still very much going on.
In fact, it’s starting to get pretty nasty as one of the producers Ryan Murphy is reportedly looking to file a lawsuit against the WGA. With all that said, we were able to track down the repeat episode of Saturday Night LIVE that NBC will be serving up tonight. This repeat episode originally aired back on February 25, 2023. It featured 61 year old American actor and playwright Woody Harrelson showing up to handle the hosting duties. 47 year old American musician, singer, songwriter and music producer Jack White showed up to deliver some musical performances in this episode.
If any of you guys happened to have missed this particular episode of Saturday Night LIVE, you might still want to flip on NBC tonight to check it out. If you did catch this repeat episode when it originally aired, and you have absolutely no desire to watch it again, you will certainly want to get some other plans lined up for tonight as soon as you can.
Again, TV Guide confirmed that Saturday Night LIVE will be a repeat episode again tonight, July 8, 2023, and it’s scheduled to show up on your TV screens, starting at approximately 10:29 pm central standard time on NBC.
