Saturday Night LIVE September 9, 2023 Episode Not New. It’s A Repeat. Preview Revealed
Hey, “Saturday Night LIVE” fans. Unfortunately, we’re back to inform you that you will have to go yet another week without a new installment of Saturday Night LIVE tonight, September 9, 2023. That’s right, guys. NBC will have to air another repeat of Saturday Night LIVE tonight due to the ongoing WGA writers strike that started up back on May 2, 2023, and still has no end in sight.
The latest reports we’re hearing is that The WGA writers union is actually starting to consider the possibility of accepting offers from other individual private studios instead of the main studios they’ve been dealing with in the AMPTP union.
So, we may see something like that take place. If we did, that still wouldn’t fix this issue with Saturday Night LIVE since it’s with one of the main studios who don’t want to give the WGA what they’re asking for at the moment. So, it’s definitely not looking good for Saturday Night LIVE’s future right now.
With that said, we did track down the repeat episode of Saturday Night LIVE that NBC will be airing tonight. They’re going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on April 8, 2023. It featured 58 year old American actress and comedian Molly Shannon showing up to handle the hosting duties. Also, American boy band The Jonas Brothers showed up to deliver some musical performances.
If any of you guys happened to have missed that particular repeat episode of Saturday Night LIVE when it originally hit the air, you might still want to hit up NBC tonight to check it out. If you did already see this repeat episode, and you have absolutely no desire to see it again, you will certainly want to get some alternate plans in the works for tonight at your earliest convenience.
Again, it’s been confirmed that Saturday Night LIVE will be a repeat episode again tonight, September 9,2023, and it’s scheduled to hit your TV sets, starting at approximately 10:29 pm central standard time on NBC.
