The Amazing Race December 13, 2023 Final Winners Revealed In Finale (Recap)
Hey, “The Amazing Race” fans. Tonight, December 13, 2023, another new episode of The Amazing Race’s current season 35 did indeed hit the air. And since this was the finale episode, we finally got to see who won the grand prize at the end of it. Tonight’s new episode kicked off with the final three teams learning they had to fly to Seattle, Washington.
Once they got to Seattle, Washington, they had to drive to the Space Needle. When they got there, they had to put on harnesses attached to a rope and retrieve their next clue at the top of the Space Needle.
After successfully completing the Space Needle challenge, the teams had to go to Chihuly Garden and Glass, which is a museum exhibit. When they got there, they were hit with a 3-part challenge called, “Seattle Scramble.” This one required them to complete three tasks. However, they could do them in any order they wanted. The three tasks were called,”Grunge,” “Grab” and “Glass.”
In the Grunge challenge, the teams had to work as roadies for a grunge band. Their specific task was to correctly set up band equipment on the stage. In the Grab challenge, the teams had to perform a trapeze challenge, which entailed them having to flip over a bar and grab onto someone else’s hands. In the Glass challenge, they had to mold melting glass.
After the teams successfully completed the Seattle Scrambles challenges/tasks, they were directed to go to Kenmore Air to get their next clue. When they got there, they had to correctly arrange kayaks. Each kayak had the name of a Roadblock or Detour. They had to arrange them in the chronological order that they encountered them during this season. Unfortunately, for Rob & Corey, they seemingly got lost on the drive there, and that caused them to fall way behind.
After successfully completing the kayaks challenge, the teams were directed to hit up Marymoor Park, which was the pit stop/finish line for this final leg of the season
Greg & John arrived in first place for the win and the $1 million dollar grand prize. Joel and Garrett came in second place, and Rob & Corey took 3rd place/last place. When they got lost, that was the end for them.
