48 Hours December 30, 2023 Episode Not New. It’s A Repeat. Preview Revealed
Hey, “48 Hours” fans. Unfortunately, we’re on here to let you know that the folks over at CBS are not airing a new episode of 48 Hours tonight, December 30, 2023. That’s right, guys. According to the TV guide listings, CBS is going to make you wait at least one more week to see the next, new episode of 48 Hours. However, it could be longer because we still don’t have an official press release from CBS for the next, new episode. So, we’ll have to just wait and see what things look like next week.
In the meantime, CBS has prepared a repeat episode of 48 Hours for you guys tonight. This one originally aired way back on May 13, 2023. It’s titled, ““Lori Vallow Daybell: Guilty.”
In tonight’s December 30, 2023 repeat episode, the 48 Hours team took a deep look at a story about two kids named JJ and Tylee. They both all of a sudden disappeared after moving with their family from Arizona to Rexburg, Idaho back in 2019.
During the investigation, JJ and Tylee’s mother Lori Vallow Daybell and her husband Chad Daybell refused to work with the investigators to solve the case. Then, in the summer of 2020, poor JJ and Tylee’s dead bodies were found in shallow graves located on Chad Daybell’s property. This episode presented an inside look at the murder case.
CBS’ official description for this repeat episode of 48 Hours reads like this,”The disappearance of JJ and Tylee made international headlines. The children disappeared in September 2019, shortly after the family moved to Rexburg, Idaho, from Arizona. Investigators say Tylee was last seen in Yellowstone National Park with her family on Sept. 8, 2019, and JJ vanished on Sept. 23, 2019.
Throughout, Lori Vallow Daybell and her husband, Chad Daybell, refused to talk with investigators or say where the children were. On June 2020, the remains of JJ and Tylee were found in shallow graves on Chad Daybell’s property. CBS News takes viewers inside the murder case that has gripped the nation in an encore of 48 HOURS: “Lori Vallow Daybell: Guilty.”
An alternate description tells us, “Lori Vallow Daybell is found guilty of murdering her two children and conspiring in the murder of her husband’s ex-wife.”
If any of you guys happened to have missed this repeat episode when it originally aired, you might still want to flip on CBS tonight to check it out. If you did catch this repeat episode during its original airing, and you have no desire to watch it again, you will certainly want to make some other plans for tonight at your earliest convenience.
Again, CBS confirmed that 48 Hours will be a repeat episode tonight, December 30, 2023, and it’s scheduled to show up on your TV sets, starting at approximately 9 pm central standard time. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+.
