New ‘Wanderlust’ movie delivered great comedy,drama & half nude Jennifer Aniston. Universal Pictures released their new romantic/comedy flick “Wanderlust” into theaters this weekend. I just watched it,and I thought it was freaking hilarious. It turned out to be funnier than I thought it would be.

Jennifer Aniston served up a topless scene. However, they blurred out her goodies. What a shame. The movie stars: Paul Rudd, Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux, Malin Akerman, Kathryn Hahn, Lauren Ambrose, Ken Marino, Joe Lo Truglio, Kerri Kenney-Silver,and Alan Alda.

In the new flick, married couple George (Paul Rudd) and Linda (Jennifer Aniston) purchase a place in New York City. Unfortunately, George ends up,losing his job in a big FBI raid,which causes them to lose their house. So, George and Linda,pack it up,and head on out to Georgia to live with George’s awful brother Rick in Atlanta. Rick also offered him a job with his company. Read the rest of this entry »

New ‘Ghost Rider,Spirit of Vengeance’ movie delivered great action,thrills & more. Columbia Pictures (Sony) released their new action/thriller flick “Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out,and I thought it was very entertaining. It delivered plenty of action,thrills,and suspense. The movie stars: Nicolas Cage, Fergus Riordan, Ciaran Hinds, Violante Placido, Idris Elba,and Johnny Whitworth,

In the film, Johnny Blaze (Nicolase Cage) makes a deal with Moreau (Idris Elba) to get the Ghost Rider curse, lifted. Johnny needed to use the Rider to hunt down a boy named Danny,and bring him to Moreau.

Johnny and the Ghost Rider eventually hunt down the boy,but were definitely met with some turbulence as the Devil already had his minions,hunting for the boy. After a rough start, Johnny and Danny’s mother Nadya team up to rescue Danny from the minions. Once they did,Johnny discovers that the boy has the same powers as the Devil,and is able to make the Rider change back into human form. Read the rest of this entry »

New ‘This Means War’ movie delivered great action,comedy & more. 20th Century Fox released their new action/comedy flick “This Means War” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out,and it turned out to be much better than I thought it would be. It was totally hilarious,and contained some good action towards the end,and in the beginning. The movie stars: Reese Witherspoon, Chris Pine, Tom Hardy, Chelsea Handler, Til Schweiger,and Abigail Spencer.

In the new movie,characters FDR (Chris Pine) and Tuck (Tom Hardy) are CIA operatives,who have always had each other’s back,saving each other in the line of duty. However,that all changes when they start battling over the same woman named Lauren (Reese Witherspoon).

Tuck meets Lauren on a dating site when Lauren’s crazy friend Trish (Chelsea Handler) creates a profile for her with lots of naughty things on it. They end up hitting it off quite nicely. Right after that,she meets FDR,and they get off to sort of a bumpy start,but he eventually warms his way into her affections as well. Read the rest of this entry »

New Safe House movie delivered tons of violence,intense drama & more. Universal Pictures released their new action/thriller flick “Safe House” into theaters this weekend. I just got done checking it out,and I thought it was just,ok, for me as I found myself,dosing off quite a bit.

The plot just didn’t really hold my attention well. The only thing that kept waking me up was the loud,freaking gun shots that rang off,constantly,throughout the entire film. They were pretty wicked. The movie stars: Denzel Washington, Ryan Reynolds, Brendan Gleeson, Sam Shepard, Vera Farmiga, Fares Fares, Robert Patrick, Nora Arnezeder, Liam Cunningham, Joel Kinnaman,and Ruben Blades.

In the film, rogue ex-CIA agent Tobin Frost (Denzel Washington) flees to a US embassy while under fire after acquiring a seemingly invaluable file. He eventually gets apprehended and placed in a safe house in South Africa, where young CIA-operative Matt Weston (Ryan Reynolds) acts as its guardian. Read the rest of this entry »

New Journey 2 The Mysterious Island movie delivered great action,suspense & more. New Line Cinema released their new action/adventure flick “Journey 2:The Mysterious Island” into theaters this weekend. I just watched it,and I thought it was pretty entertaining as it served up tons of action,suspense,and more. Vanessa Hudgens looked great in it too. The movie stars: Dwayne Johnson, Michael Caine, Josh Hutcherson, Vanessa Hudgens, Luis Guzman,and Kristen Davis.

In the new flick, character Sean (Josh Hutcherson) appears to be a troubled teenager. However, it’s revealed that he’s been acting out,trying to gather clues that would help him figure out what a distressed signal from his grandfather meant. His stepfather Hank (Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson) helps him decipher the strange,coded,message Sean’s grandfather sent him.

It revealed that the mysterious island did really exist,and pointed out the coordinates of how to get there. Reluctant on letting Sean go, Hank eventually agrees on one condition,that he goes with him. Read the rest of this entry »

New ‘Chronicle’ movie delivered great drama,action,special effects & more. 20th Century Fox released their new sci-fi/drama flick “Chronicle” into theaters this weekend. I just watched it,and I thought it was a very entertaining watch as it delivered a ton of action,thrills,drama,and even some comedy. The movie stars: Dane DeHaan, Michael B. Jordan, Alex Russell,and Michael Kelly.

In the film, three teenagers Andrew,Matt,and Steve make a shocking discovery underground one night. After that,they started to develop wicked telekinetic powers that only grew stronger with time. Eventually,they’re were even able to fly and shield themselves with the power.

Intent on having fun with their new abilities,they ran around town,playing tricks on people in stores and such. However, the fun stops for a spell,when unstable Andrew made a car go off the road,nearly killing the driver.

After getting past that,they try and help Andrew get out of his shell a little bit,and meet girls after winning a talent show with his new powers. Unfortunately,Andrew’s problems at home,got the better of him as he had an abusive father that liked to slap him around and a mother who was dying because they couldn’t afford her medication. New Woman In Black movie delivered spooky thrills,drama & crazy ending. CBS Films released their new drama/thriller flick “The Woman In Black” this weekend,featuring Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe in the lead role. I just checked it,and I thought it was ok. The trailer seemed a lot more entertaining than the actual movie.

It stars : Daniel Radcliffe, Ciaran Hinds, Liz White, Janet McTeer, Alisa Khazanova, Tim McMullan, Roger Allam, Daniel Cerqueira, Shaun Dooley, Mary Stockley, Cathy Sara, David Burke, Victor McGuire,and Lucy May Barker.

In the film, A young lawyer named Arthur Kipps (Daniel Radcliffe) landed a job to travel to a remote village to sort out papers for a recently deceased client. Unfortunately,for him,things didn’t go very smoothly as he started to get spooked in the house,and also saw a mysterious woman,dressed only in black. New ‘The Grey’ movie delivered intense drama,thrills,action & unfinished ending. Open Road Films released their new,intense drama flick “The Grey” into theaters this weekend. I just watched it,and I thought it was a pretty good watch. However,if you’re looking for a good ending,or an ending at all,this isn’t the movie to get it from.

They left the ending completely up to our imaginations. Even though they did leave the ending incomplete,it was pretty clear what might have happened. The movie stars: Liam Neeson, Frank Grillo, Dermot Mulroney, Dallas Roberts, Joe Anderson, James Badge Dale,and Nonso Anozie.

In the film, character John Ottway (Liam Neeson) and his oil drilling team take a plane ride home from Alaska. Unfortunately, for them, the plane is unable to withstand the weather and it crashes in the middle of the Alaskan wilderness,basically nowhere. Read the rest of this entry »

New ‘Man On A Ledge’ movie delivered great drama,action,suspense & more. Summit Entertainment released their new action/thriller flick “Man On A Ledge” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out,and it turned out to be a lot better than I thought it was going to be.

I mean, I new it would be pretty good,but it really went above and beyond with the action,thrills,suspense,great twists,and more. I thought Sam Worthington did a real good job with this role too. It stars: Sam Worthington, Elizabeth Banks, Jamie Bell, Anthony Mackie, Ed Harris, Edward Burns, Titus Welliver, Genesis Rodriguez,and Kyra Sedgwick.

In the flick, officer Nick Cassidy (Sam Worthington) has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for a crime he adamantly believes he didn’t do. One day, his partner Mike Ackerman gets him permission out of jail to attend a funeral under police watch. However,Nick gets in a crazy fight with his brother Joey Cassidy,and gets away. New ‘Underworld 4,Awakening’ movie delivered cool action,special effects & more. Screen Gems (Sony) released their new action/sci-fi flick “Underworld 4: Awakening.” I just checked it out,and I thought it was a great watch,once again,as it featured the return of sexy,Kate Backinsale as the very skillful death dealer vampire Selene and the sexy,black leather she dons. Oh,yeah,and she totally kicked butt in it too. The movie stars: Kate Beckinsale, Stephen Rea, Michael Ealy, Theo James, India Eisley,and Charles Dance.

In the movie, Selene finds herself in a world where the humans have found out about the Lycans and Vampires,and are trying to exterminate them all. Selene fights for her life,and manages to do a good job. However,her and her hybrid lover Michael eventually get captured by the humans and are cryogenically frozen for testing and experimentation.

12 years later,thinking they had everything under control,the humans attempted to thaw Selene out a little bit. Unfortunately for them,it was a little bit too much as Selene broke out,and started slaying them off one by one,and in packs. She was badass. Read the rest of this entry »
