New The Wolverine Movie Delivered Great Action,Drama,Storyline, & More

New The Wolverine movie delivered great action, drama, storyline, & more. 20th Century Fox released their new hardcore action flick, “The Wolverine” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out,and thought it was really great, serving up major action, suspense, drama, great plot, and more. The movie stars: Hugh Jackman, Will Yun Lee, Svetlana Khodchenkova, Hiroyuki Sanada, Hal Yamanouchi, Tao Okamoto, Rila Fukushima, and Brian Tee.

In the new flick, Wolverine aka Logan gets found by Yukio, just as he’s getting ready to throw down in a violent bar fight in Canada, claiming her employer, Yashida, wants to speak with him, because Logan saved his life way back when. The only problem is Yashida lives in Tokyo,Japan. Yukio eventually persuades him to go,but just for a day.

Later, when Logan arrives at Yashida’s home,he quickly learns the real reason Yashida wanted to see him, was to basically steal his powers from him,so that he could protect his grand daughter, Mariko, or so he claimed. Logan refused to transfer his powers to him.

From there, Logan would face trouble that he’s never face before after Viper implanted a robotic parasite into Logan’s system that effected his healing powers. After that, the action really picked up when Logan warded off a ton of assassins from kidnapping Mariko. However, it didn’t go smoothly as Logan’s hampered healing powers didn’t kick in like they use to,causing him to stay injured after taking a few bullets.

Eventually, Logan couldn’t stop Mariko from getting captured by multiple assassins. Next, Logan hooked back up with Yukio, and discovered how to get his healing powers working again to kick some major butt, and help save Mariko with the help of Yukio. They also left the ending open for some sequel action.

Again, I thought the movie was highly entertaining. There was never a boring moment in the film, especially in the very action-filled conclusion. I thought Hugh Jackman did a great job, once again, delivering a very intense Wolverine character. I also liked actress Rila Fukushima as Yukio as she served up some really cool fighting scenes. I gave the movie an excellent A + grade. Stay tuned. Follow us on Facebook by Clicking Here. Follow us on Twitter by Clicking Here.
