New Big Brother Season 20 Major Possible Twist Reportedly Debunked

New Big Brother Season 20 Major Possible Twist Reportedly Debunked

Hey fellow Big Brother peeps. We’ve got a new, pretty interesting update for you guys in regards to the twist for the upcoming 20th season. Apparently, CBS recently released another one of their promo commercials that featured host Julie Chen possibly giving away a few hints as to what the new twist might be.

All the news outlets jumped on it, claiming that whatever she said could be the new twist. In the commercial, certain words were referenced such as “high-tech reboot” and “trending.” The promo says, “Big Brother’s getting a high-tech reboot!” Then Julie Chen says, “The houseguests better start trending or they’re game could crash.”

After that, the clip went on to say, “Sixteen new houseguests are going to get hacked, cracked, and that’s a fact.” The clip capped off with Julie Chen saying, “This could break the internet.” This caused everyone to think that there’s going to be a social media twist incorporated into the 20th season.

Now, the folks over at TV Guide are reporting that whatever was said in the commercial will have nothing to do with the new twist. So, if they’re right, we can totally ignore this lame commercial that CBS released for season 20.

Currently, we’re still waiting to hear any official news for the season 20 twist. As previously reported, former winners Evel Dick Donato of season 8 and Andy Herren of season 15 recently tweeted out that they heard from inside sources that four past houseguests are going to get picked out of the audience and sent into the house.

We still have no idea if this is true. We can say it seems unlikely since the latest cast reveal from CBS yesterday features 16 all-new houseguests. For the producers to pull off the four former houseguests twist, they would either have to up the cast to 20 people or get rid of four people right off the bat. I can tell you I don’t like either one of those options.

However, there is a theory going around that since this is the 20th season, the producers might try to commemorate it by having 20 houseguests. We’ll have to wait and see if that’s true. At the end of the day, the producers can do what they want. So, anything is pretty much possible no matter how much we don’t want it to be possible.

As previously reported, the new season 20 houseguests will actually be entering the house a week before the Wednesday, June 27, 2018 televised premiere date. That means they’re entering the house tomorrow, June 20, 2018. This is where some new intel could possibly leak as to what the new twist is. The premiere is actually pre-taped with a live crowd. So, anyone who’s in that audience might get a first-look at what the new twist is and leak it online.

And guess what guys. That’s what we’ll be looking for over these next, few days. Any leaked intel on Twitter, Facebook or whatever. We’re pretty sure something’s going to come out. Also, expect to see a new Facebook photo post from us that shows the new houseguests entering the house for the first time. We expect those photos to get released sometime this week.

Our opinion on the new season 20 cast is that a lot of them don’t seem to have a lot of history of watching the show. Most of their favorite players are from very recent seasons. Aside from that, their bios seem pretty interesting for the most part.

I feel like as long as they don’t bring in any former houseguests, we could see a good season from this new cast. Only time will really tell though. The producers brought in another undercover cop contestant. Let’s hope he can’t run as much game on these people as Derrick did in season 16. That would just be outright boring.
