New NCIS Season 16 Premiere Date Finally Revealed By CBS
Hey, “NCIS” fans. We’ve got some great news to share with you guys today. It turns out that the folks over at CBS finally revealed their Fall premiere dates for all their TV shows. And of course, that includes your favorite TV show NCIS.
So, with no further ado, we’re just going to get right to it, and let you guys know that NCIS’ brand new season 16 is currently scheduled to make its big premiere debut on Tuesday night,September 26, 2018 at approximately 7 pm central standard time on CBS. So, definitely be sure to mark that very important date down on your TV show schedules.
The show is keeping its same Tuesday night time slot which means you guys won’t have to adjust your viewing schedules at all. As previously reported, the show’s main star Mark Harmon who plays Agent Leroy Gibbs recently signed a new deal to return as both a producer and star of the show.
David McCallum’s character Donald “Ducky” Mallard will also be returning but on a limited schedule. David made the announcement on his official Facebook account writing,”I am delighted to say that I have reached an agreement with CBS for Dr. Donald Mallard to stay with NCIS for Season 16. Once again it will be a limited schedule. That arrangement will allow me to spend time with Katherine, our children, six grandsons and Nickie, pictured below!”
All the rest of the regular NCIS castmembers that were featured in season 15 are expected to return as well. We do now know that CBS did order another 24 episodes for season 16. That means you guys can look forward to seeing another batch of 24 episodes this season.
The NCIS season 16 premiere will be joined by the series debut of the new show FBI in the 8 pm central time slot. That will be followed by the season 5 premiere of NCIS: New Orleans in the 9 pm central time slot. That should be of interest to any of you guys who also watch the NCIS: New Orleans spin off.
As for the rest of the CBS TV show, Fall 2018 premiere dates, we’ll go ahead and start with the Big Bang Theory. It’s scheduled to debut its 12th season on Monday night, September 24, 2018 at 7 pm central standard time. It will be followed by “Young Sheldon” season 2 in the 7:30 pm central time slot. The new Magnum P.I. reboot will follow that up in the 8 pm central time slot. Then Michael Weatherly’s show Bull will premiere its third season in the 9 pm central time slot.
On Wednesday night, September 26, 2018, CBS will debut the 37th season of its hit reality show “Survivor” in the 7 pm central time slot. It’ll be a 90 minute premiere show. That will be followed by the Big Brother season 20, 90 minute season finale show in the 8:30 pm central time slot.
On Thursday night, September 27, 2018, the season 6 premiere of “MOM” will debut in the 8 pm central time slot. That will be followed up by the season 2 premiere of S.W.A.T. in the 9 pm central time slot.
On Friday night, September 28, 2018, the 3rd season of the MacGyver reboot will air at 7 pm central standard time. It will be followed up by the season 9 premiere of Hawaii Five-0 in the 8 pm central time slot. Then the season 9 premiere of “Blue Bloods” will follow that up in the 9 pm central time slot.
On Saturday night, September 29, 2018, season 31 of 48 Hours will debut in the 8 pm central time slot with a 2 hour show.
On Sunday night, September 30, 2018, the 51st season of 60 Minutes will make its debut in the 6:30 pm central time slot. It will be followed by the series premiere of a new show called,”God Friended Me” in the 7:30 pm central time slot. Then at 8:30 pm central time, the 10th season of NCIS: Los Angeles will make its debut. That should also be of interest to any of you who also watch the Los Angeles spin off.
On Monday night, October 1, 2018, CBS will debut a couple of new shows. The first one is “The Neighborhood” which will air in the 7 pm central time slot. It will be followed up by the series premiere of “Happy Together” in the 7:30 pm central time slot.
On Wednesday night, October 3, 2018, the season 2 premiere of “Seal Team” is scheduled to debut at 8 pm central time. It will be followed up by the season 14 premiere of “Criminal Minds” in the 9 pm central time slot.
Then last, but most certainly not least, CBS will air the season 5 premiere of “Madam Secretary” at 9 pm central standard time on Sunday night, October 7, 2018. So, there you have it guys. That’s what the brand new 2018 ,initial, CBS Fall schedule looks like. Certain time slots are subject to change as CBS sees fit. Be sure to keep that in mind.
