New ‘Prodigal Son’ Spoilers For Season 1, April 27, 2020 Finale Episode 20 Revealed

Hey, “Prodigal Son” fans. We are back at you on this new Monday night to let you guys know how the producers are going to cap off this premiere season 1 of Prodigal Son. That’s right, guys. Next week’s brand new episode 20 will indeed be the season finale episode.

The lovely folks over at FOX did serve up an official press release for episode 20. So, that will be our source for this spoiler session. Let’s get into it.

For starters, the new episode 20 has been given an official title. It’s called, “Like Father…” The new episode 20 sounds like it will feature some very interesting, intense, dramatic and possible suspenseful scenes as Malcolm starts to unravel due to the girl in the box mystery. The Whitlys must decide how far they’re willing to go and more!

We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Malcom situation. It turns out that Malcolm will certainly be quite preoccupied in this episode. We will see the mystery of the girl in the box finally start to come to a head, and it will cause Malcolm to continue to unravel!

FOX’s official description for Malcom’s latest storyline tells us, “Malcolm continues to unravel as the mystery of the girl in the box comes to a head.” An alternate description reads like this, “THE TRUTH COMES OUT.”

Will Malcolm be able to pull himself together during this girl in the box madness? That is a very important question for this particular storyline. It certainly sounds like we’ll get some very intense and dramatic scenes out of this plotline for sure. So, get ready for it next Monday night.

The second spoiler scoop reveals that Nicholas Endicott will continue to let his true colors come loose. In light of this, the Whitlys will have a very big decision to make in this final episode. The decision they will have to make is, what exactly are they willing to do to bring down Nicholas.

FOX’s description for this Whitlys and Nicholas Endicott scenes read like this, “As Nicholas Endicott’s (guest star Dermot Mulroney) true colors continue to show, the Whitlys must decide to what lengths they are willing to go in order to take him down.”

What will the Whitlys ultimately decide to do? Just how far are they willing to go with this plot to take down Nicholas? Those are the very serious questions that we hope to see get answered before the hour is up next week.

Whatever the case, it sounds like this storyline could feature some very intense, dramatic and possible suspenseful scenes.

Episode 20 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Dermot Mulroney as character Nicholas Endicott and Anna Eilinsfeld as character Sophie.

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 20 are: Tom Payne as character Malcolm Bright; Michael Sheen as character Dr. Martin Whitly; Bellamy Young as character Jessica Whitly; Lou Diamond Phillips as character Gil Arroyo; Aurora Perrineau as character Dani Powell; Frank Harts as character JT Tarmel; Halston Sage as character Ainsley Whitly and Keiko Agena as character Dr. Edrisa Tanaka.

FOX’s press release confirmed that the next, new season finale episode 20 of “Prodigal Son” season 1 is indeed scheduled to air next Monday night, April 27, 2020 at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
