‘Labor Of Love’ May 28, 2020 Eliminated Budge Collinson & Mario Calderon (Recap)

Hey,”Labor Of Love” fans. Tonight, May 28, 2020, another new episode of “Labor Of Love” did indeed air, and another 2 guys were sent packing when it was all said and done.

Tonight’s episode kicked off with the guys talking about the new drills challenge they will have to do in this episode. After that segment, the guys got a message, which told them to dress their best and get into the luxury ride that was waiting for them outside.

The headliner of this show Kristy Katzmann told host Kristin Davis, “These guys have blown me away so far.” Then Kristin told Kristy about this next challenge saying, “The guys will engage in a conversation with you while a fake bear creeps up from behind you.”

Next, the guys showed up at the camp ground in nice suits to meet Kristy. Kristin explained to them, “You will be spending the night here out in the woods.” So, they immediately knew they were overdressed for this occasion. They were eventually given jackets to bundle up in since it was cold out there.

They were given instructions about wild animals like bears that may be roaming about. At one point, “Budge said I’m checking out of this,” but he did end up staying. Kristy chose Mario for her first 1-on-1 conversation.

Kristy and Mario talked about what kids they wanted. Next, they show Angelo talking to Kristy. During their conversation, he ratted out Alan, saying he forgot her name. Kristy told the private cams that she was actually turned off by Angelo ratting out everyone.

During Matt and Kristy’s conversation, Kristy started things off by telling him she was just told that some guys don’t want to be here and don’t know her name.

Matt asked her, “Are you ok? He also reassured her by saying “I do know your name, and I do want to be here.”

Kristy liked that, and she told him, “I’m not going to let what I’ve heard influence my decision.” As they started talking, a fake bear showed up behind her. Matt stood up to the bear saying, “Get, get!” Kristy loved it and gave him a hug. She liked his reaction to protect her.

During Kristy and Alan’s conversation, Kristy told Alan, “I heard you don’t know my name. It sucks to hear.” Alan explained and told her it was basically a brain fart. The name Cindy was in his brain from the other guys talking about it. “That’s all it was,” he said.

Kristy acted like she bought that excuse and said ok. As they started talking, the fake bear showed up. Alan protected her and shielded her. Kristy liked it, but she told the private cams, “I still can’t get over that Alan forgot my name.”

From there, they showed a series of short clips of the guys seeing the fake bear and trying to protect Kristy. Budge didn’t believe the bear was real saying. “Is that a real bear? That’s got to be fake.”

At this point, Kristy said Matt and Alan would be the best protectors for a family. Next, Kristy picked two of the guys to go on a 1-on-1 date. They were Marcus and Matt aka Matthew.

She took Matt out first. Before they went on their date, Kristy talked to Budge saying to him, “I want to see how you’re feeling. Some people wanted to leave, and somebody said you were one of them.” Budge said, “I’m a very clean person, and a camp ground wasn’t quite my style.”

Kristy said, “Well, kids are totally going to change things.” Budge said, “I don’t think kids have to totally change things. I grew up in a house that was nice and neat.”

After that, Kristy told the private cams, “I’m a little disappointed that Budge wanted to leave the camp. He was one of the ones I liked early on. He’s different.” Kristy gave Budge a hug ,and he went back inside the house.

Budge then brought up to the rest of the guys that someone is ratting them out to Kristy. So, they started talking about that, but no one fessed up to being the rat.

At this point, Kristy told the private cams, “Matt has made me feel the most comfortable. I really see him as the perfect husband and father.”

Kristy told Matt, “I really think you could be the perfect husband and father.” From there, Kristy got pretty emotional saying, “I was in the terrorist attack in Nice, France. During it, I had this immediate clarification of what mattered and what didn’t.

I told myself I would do things differently, and that gave me the courage to do this. That’s why I really appreciate your response to the bear. Your actions really showed me who you are.”

Kristy told the private cams, “I really didn’t think I would bring that up this early, but with Matt, it just really felt right.

Afterwards, Matt and Kristy watched fireworks and kissed. Matt told the private cams, “This is the best first date of my life. This could be the mother of my children.”

Next, we saw Kristy and Marcus’ 1 on 1 date. Kristy told the private cams of Marcus, “Marcus is really my first crush. He’s a gentleman. I really find that appealing.”

On their date, they went to have drinks in a private box at the Hawks game. At one point, they were on the Kiss Cam. Matt was shy and gave her a kiss on the forehead.

They started dancing and having a seemingly good time. When they arrived back at the house, they kissed. So, their date definitely went well.

Next, they showed Angelo deciding to fess up to all the guys about being the rat, and he apologized for it. Alan told the private cams, “I’m not going to forget what Angelo has done. I’m serious about wanting to be a father.” Budge said, “Well, at least it gave me some 1 on 1 time with Kristy.”

Next, Kristy started picking the guys she wanted to stay via the iPad tablet. Just like in the last episode, the guys could see who Kristy was picking.

Kristy picked everyone except for: Angelo, Budge, Mario and Matt. She needed to talk more with them.

Kristy told Angelo, “I appreciated what you shared with me, but I wonder if you did it out of concern of being eliminated?” Angelo said, “I was trying to be honest.” Kristy said, “I want to get to know you. I think that’s more important. I would like for you to stay.” So, Angelo stayed.

Kristy told Budge, “You caught my attention immediately. I just don’t see you willing to make the compromises for the type of family I’m willing to have. So, I don’t think you’re the right one.” Budge said, “That’s ok. I think there’s someone for everyone.” Then they hugged, and Budge left.

Kristy told Mario, “You’re one of the guys I think really does want a family. However, you said you want two sons. I just want healthy babies no matter the gender. So, I don’t think you’re the right one.” Mario said, “Ok, let’s hug it out.” Then they hugged, and Mario made his exit.

Kristy asked Matt, “How do you feel after our date?” Matt said, “I couldn’t stop thinking about you. How do you feel?” Kristy smiled really big and said, “I had a great time on our date, and I definitely want to keep you.” Then they hugged.

So, poor Budge and Mario got the boot in this second episode of the season. How do you guys feel about that? Are you happy? Are you sad? Or do you just not care one way or the other? Let us know in the comments section.

I feel that she eliminated the right two guys. However I feel that the snitch needs to be placed in the spotlight.
