Chicago PD Season 8, November 25, 2020 Episode 3 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “Chicago P.D.” fans. We are back with a brand new Chicago PD report for you guys. Unfortunately,I don’t think you’re going to like this one too much. It turns out that NBC will not be airing the next, new episode 3 of Chicago PD’s current season 8 tonight,November 25, 2020.
It turns out that NBC made just the 2nd episode of this new season 8 the Fall finale episode. NBC is currently scheduled to air the next, new episode 3 of Chicago PD’s current season 8 on Wednesday night, January 6, 2021 in its usual 9 pm central standard time slot. So, be sure to mark down that very important date and time on your TV show calendars, pronto.
So, what is NBC airing instead of the next,new episode 3 of Chicago PD’s current season 8 tonight? Well, according to the TV guide listings, NBC will be airing a special Thanksgiving episode of Saturday Night LIVE. It’s titled, “A Saturday Night Live Thanksgiving.”
NBC’s official description for it reads like this,”A star-studded collection of Saturday Night Live’s most hilarious Thanksgiving-themed sketches from various seasons, including A Thanksgiving Miracle, The Bird Family, Adam Sandler’s Thanksgiving Song, Back Home Ballers and many more.”
Then next week, December 2, 2020, NBC will be airing a Christmas special called, “Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes –At Home Holiday Special.”
NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “The world-famous Rockettes perform in their celebrated show that has become a staple of the holiday season at the iconic Rockefeller Center venue.”
After the December 2, 2020 date, you guys will have to check your local listings to see what NBC has planned for their Wednesday night, primetime schedule. We do know that they have some Chicago PD repeats in the pipeline for the last two weeks of December 2020.
With all of that said, NBC did serve up a new preview clip for the next,new episode 3 of Chicago PD season 8.
It features a Jay and Hailey conversation. In it, Jay says to Hailey, “What did the FBI offer you?” Hailey said, “Drug level task force. You know, you could tell me you don’t want me.” You guys can view the new episode 3 preview clip over on Youtube by Clicking Here.
Chicago PD season 8 has gotten off to a very good start, averaging 6.400 million LIVE viewers per episode and a 0.90 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics.
The last episode 2, which aired on November 18, 2020, drew in 6.375 million LIVE viewers and a 8.80 ratings score. Chicago PD has already been renewed for seasons 9 and 10. So, it’s definitely here to stay for even longer.
Again, NBC confirmed that the next, new episode 3 of Chicago Fire’s current season 8 is scheduled to air on Wednesday night, January 6, 2021 at approximately 9 pm central standard time.
