New Good Sam Season 1 Spoilers For January 19, 2022 Episode 3 Revealed

Hey, “Good Sam” fans. We hope you guys totally dug what episode 2 delivered tonight. Now that episode 2 has officially ran its course, we are on here to let you guys know what’s coming up in the next, new episode 3 of Good Sam’s current, premiere season 1, which is set to make its way to the air next Wednesday night, January 19, 2022.

We were able to get a hold of a couple of new, official teaser descriptions for the new episode 3 from CBS’ official episode 3 press release. So, we’re going to dive into those right now. Let’s do it.

For starters, CBS let us know that this new episode 3 has indeed been given an official title. It’s called,”Butt of the Joke.” It sounds like episode 3 will feature some very interesting, scandalous, dramatic, intense and emotional scenes as Sam refuses to give up her new role as chief. Sam’s mother Vivian tries to get some help and more.

We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Sam situation. It turns out that Sam will be asked to give up her new position as chief at the hospital, and her father Griff is really not going to be happy about that at all. In fact, we will see Griff be so upset that he will go as far as to give Sam a surprise that is quite costly!

CBS’ official description for this Sam and Griff situation tells us, “When Dr. Sam Griffith (Sophia Bush)
refuses to concede her role as chief, her father Griff (Jason Isaacs) orchestrates a costly surprise.” An alternate description reads like this, “GRIFF ORCHESTRATES A COSTLY SURPRISE FOR HIS DAUGHTER, DR. SAM GRIFFITH WHEN SHE REFUSES TO CONCEDE HER JOB AS CHIEF.”

The second and last spoiler scoop for this new episode 3 lets us know that Sam’s mother Vivian will be very aware and concerned about all the drama that is going down between Sam and Griff. So, we will see Vivian ask her new spouse Asher Pyne for advice on how she should handle this battle that is going on between Sam and Griff.

CBS’ description for this latest Vivian plotline reads like this, “Sam’s mother, hospital administrator Vivian (Wendy Crewson), turns to her new spouse, therapist Asher Pyne (Sendhil Ramamurthy), for help navigating the battle between her daughter and ex-husband.”

Episode 3 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Marium Carvell as character (Nurse Donna Williams), Asher Pyne as character (Sendhil Ramamurthy), Evan Parke as character (Byron Kingsley), Yanna McIntosh as character (Dr. Rhonda Glass), Douglas Hughes as character (Bernie), Oshini Wanigasekera as character (Meg), Brian Paul as character (Dr. Alex Anders), Carly Street as character (Tracy Reynolds), Kevin Bundy as character (Baldwin), Fallon Bowman as character (Bianca) and Natalia Jonas as character (Lily).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 3 are: Sophia Bush as character (Dr. Sam Griffith), Jason Isaacs as character (Dr. Rob “Griff” Griffith), Skye P. Marshall as character (Dr. Lex Trulie), Michael Stahl-David as character (Dr. Caleb Tucker), Omar Maskati as character (Dr. Isan M. Shah), Davi Santos as character (Dr. Joey Costa), Wendy Crewson as character (Vivian Katz) and Edwin Hodge as character (Malcolm A. Kingsley).

Episode 3 was written by Jen Klein, and it was directed by Gina Rodriguez.

CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 3 of Good Sam’s current, premiere season 1 is indeed scheduled to hit up the airwaves next Wednesday night, January 19, 2022 at approximately 9 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
