The Rookie Season 4, January 16, 2022 Episode 12 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “The Rookie” fans. Unfortunately, it’s another one of those times ,again, where we have to get on here and let you guys know about some really bad news. That’s right, guys. We’ve got terrible news for you in this article. For some unknown reason, ABC is not going to air the next, new episode 12 of The Rookie’s current season 4 tonight, January 16, 2022.
However, on a much brighter not, this delay of episode 12 will just be for this week. ABC has confirmed that they do plan to air the new episode 12 next Sunday night, January 23, 2022 in its usual, 9 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely be sure to not let that very important date and time slip from your memory.
So, what might you ask is ABC airing instead of the next, new episode 12 of The Rookie’s current season 4 tonight? Well, according to the TV Guide listings, ABC has a repeat episode of The Rookie all lined up for you. That’s right, guys. They’re going to be re-airing the 3rd episode of this season 4 titled, “In the Line of Fire.”
ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “Officer Nolan and officer Chen report to a structure fire and suspect that there is more to the situation than meets the eye. Meanwhile, after witnessing a sniper shooting, the team searches for the shooter and discovers that the perpetrator has a connection to one of their own.”
If any of you guys are up for watching that particular rerun of The Rookie, you might still want to tune in to ABC tonight.
If you will only settle for the next, new episode 12 of The Rookie’s current season 4, you will definitely want to get something else planed for tonight as soon as you can.

The official title for episode 12 of The Rookie’s current season 4 is called, “The Knock.” The episode 12 preview clip features John Nolan, Nyla and Lucy in some pretty intense, action-filled, dramatic and humorous scenes. Again, ABC confirmed that the next, new episode 12 of The Rookie’s current season 4 is scheduled to finally make its debut on Sunday night, January 23, 2022 at approximately 9 pm central standard time.
