Legacies Season 4, May 12, 2022 Episode 18 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “Legacies” fans. We had to jump on here ,tonight, to unfortunately deliver some very bad news. We’ve just learned that for some unknown reason, The CW has delayed the airing of Legacies once again. They’re not airing the next, new episode 18 tonight, May 12, 2022. They’re also not going to air it for the rest of this month of May 2022!
That’s right, guys. You’re gonna have to make due without new Legacies’ episodes for an entire month almost. The CW says they plan to air the new episode 18 on Thursday night, June 2, 2022 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be sure to not let that very important date and time slip your memory.
So, what is The CW airing in Legacies’ place over this latest delay period? According the TV guide listings, The CW will be airing a couple of repeat episodes of Legacies. Tonight, they’re re-airing the 13th episode of this season 4 titled, “Was This the Monster You Saw.”
The CW’s official description for it reads like this, “Lizzie continues on her quest, with mixed results; Ben reveals more about his family and its history; Jed finds his feelings deepening; Cleo is concerned about her recent changes.”
Next Thursday night, May 19, 2022, The CW is re-airing the 14th episode of this season 4 titled,”The Only Way Out Is Through.” The CW’s official description for it reads like this, “The squad rallies together to test their abilities, with help from Vardemus; Hope experiences vivid dreams, causing some mixed emotions; Landon continues on his quest for peace.”
On Thursday night, May 26, 2022, The CW is re-airing the 15th episode of this season 4 titled, “Everything That Can Be Lost May Also Be Found.”
The CW’s official description for it reads like this, “Hope (Danielle Rose Russell) continues to be swirled in confusion and fighting her humanity, which results in her seeing the people who mean the most to her: Rebekah (guest star Claire Holt), Marcel (guest star Charles Michael Davis), Kol (guest star Nathaniel Buzolic), and Freya (guest star Riley Voelkel).
Kaleb (Chris Lee) wants to introduce Cleo (Omono Okojie) to his world, including those who had the most profound influence on his path. Meanwhile, Lizzy (Jenny Boyd) devises a plan to get in someone’s good graces.”
If any of you guys are down for watching these particular Legacies rerun episodes, you might still want to hit up The CW during this delay period as you normally would during that time. If you only want the brand new episodes of Legacies, you will definitely want to make some other plans until the June 2, 2022 date gets here.
Spoiler Warning: For those of you who are interested, The CW did serve up some new, official teaser spoilers for the next, new episode 18 of Legacies’ current season 4 via their official, episode 18 press release.
It let us know that this new episode 18 is officially titled, “By the End of This, You’ll Know Who You Were Meant to Be.” It sounds like episode 18 will feature some very interesting, intense, possible action-filled, suspenseful and emotional scenes.
The CW’s official description for episode 18 reads like this, “Alaric (Matthew Davis) briefs the Super Squad on what comes next. Hope (Danielle Rose Russell) has a heart-to-heart with Lizzie (Jenny Boyd). MG (Quincy Fouse) helps Ethan (Leo Howard). Cleo (Omono Okojie) continues to test her new powers and figure out her purpose. Meanwhile, Landon (Aria Shaghasemi) takes on a new role.”
Episode 18 was written by Thomas Brandon, and it was directed by Lauren Petzke.
Again, The CW confirmed that the next, new episode 18 of Legacies’ current season 4 is scheduled to finally show up on your TV sets on Thursday night, June 2, 2022 at approximately 8 pm central standard time.

I bet it has something to do with the fact that they announced the show was cancelled yesterday.
@QueenBrat i don’t think you understand what cancelled means… when a show reaches its ending it is not cancelled, it is completed, legacies is 4 whole seasons up until now and it seems like the climax of the story, if something was cancelled then it would suddenly stop airing before the scheduled episodes are created and completed, which is clearly not the case with legacies
