New Survivor Season 43 Premiere Date & More Revealed By CBS
Hey, “Survivor” fans. We totally hope you guys enjoyed the heck out of the last season 42 of Survivor. Now that we’re close to the end of June 2022, CBS has finally released the premiere dates for its Fall 2022/2023 line up of shows. That means we’ve got the 411 on when the next, new season 43 of Survivor will hit your TV screens with its big premiere episode.
That’s right, guys. It’s time for you all to finally find out when you will see the new round of contestants do their thing on the Survivor island. So, get out a pen and pad. Here is the official date for the new Survivor season 43. It’s going to start on Wednesday night, September 21, 2022 at approximately 7 pm central standard time. This premiere episode will be huge as it will last for a whopping 2 hours.
Survivor’s new season 43 will keep its same night and time slot that it had in season 42. So, you guys won’t have to switch up your schedules to view it. Just tune into CBS on Wednesday nights like you did during season 42, and you should be all set and ready to go.
As a side note, if any of you guys are also Amazing Race fans, it’s set to premiere its brand new season 34 right after Survivor on that same night in the 9 pm central standard time slot. CBS is also telling us that both Survivor and The Amazing Race will air giant, 90-minute episodes on Wednesday night, September 28, 2022. So, CBS isn’t messing around when it comes to these staple shows. They’re going all in to start off their new seasons.
Here’s what we currently know about the new season 43 of Survivor. It was again filmed in the Mamanuca Islands in Fiji. The show has been filming there since its 33rd season in 2016. A preview clip for season 43 has been released.
From what we can tell from the preview clip, one of the contestants will have a fake leg. So, that will be a new sort of experience to watch. One of the contestants will be a psychologist. So, we might see her try to get into people’s heads during this new season. It also looks like all the contestants will be new once again. No returning players. Again, the new season 43 of Survivor is scheduled to finally premiere on Wednesday night, September 21, 2022 at approximately 7 pm central standard time with a 2-hour premiere episode on CBS.
