So You Think You Can Dance July 27, 2022 Eliminated Ralyn, Beau & Carter (Recap)
Hey, “So You Think You Can Dance” fans. Tonight, July 27, 2022, another LIVE performances/results episode of So You Think You Can Dance’s current season 17 did indeed hit the air with judges: Leah Remini, Stephen “tWitch” Boss and JoJo Siwa. Unlike last week’s episode, we did see some unlucky dancers get eliminated at the end.
Tonight’s episode kicked off with host Cat Deeley revealing that the remaining 6 contestants will be going head to head in their performances tonight in groups of two.
Essence, Ralyn and Alexis kicked off the performances with a Ladies group number. Afterwards, tWitch said, “Essence, you were in your moment, and I hoped I would have seen more from Alexis.” Leah said, “I disagree with tWitch.” JoJo said, “I agree with Leah, but I noticed the stamina did fall towards the end.”
Keaton, Carter and Beau delivered a Guys group number. Afterwards, Leah said, “Keaton, there was so much energy that you almost fell off the stage.” JoJo said, “You each outshined each other during it.” tWitch told the audience how important their role is when it comes to the voting tonight.
Ralyn, Carter and Beau performed a Contemporary routine. Afterwards, JoJo said, “Some dances are danced, and some dances are works of art. This was a work of art.” tWitch said, “It was beautiful, but Beau, I expected more from you.” Leah said, “I loved the corkscrew move.”
Essence, Keaton and Alexis served up a Jazz number. Afterwards, tWitch said, “Alexis you redeemed yourself.” Leah said, “Essence, you nailed it.” JoJo said,”Essence, there are mistakes that are tough to look past at this point. Alexis and Keaton, you make a very good partnership.”
Next, Carter went head-to-head against Alexis. Carter was up first followed by Alexis. Afterwards, JoJo said,”You guys are both unreal.”
Essence went head-to-head against Ralyn. Essence went first followed by Ralyn. Afterwards, tWitch said, “Essence, you have attacked style after style. Ralyn, you have a smile that lights up the room.”
To cap off tonight’s performances, Keaton went head-to-head against Beau. Beau went first followed by Keaton. Afterwards, Leah said, “Beau, you should be proud of yourself. The two of you are fine examples for any little boys out there who want to dance.”
After the performances, it was revealed that poor Ralyn, Beau and Carter got the least amount of votes. So, they were all eliminated, leaving Alexis, Essence and Keaton as your top three dancers this season. How do you guys feel about that? Let us know in the comments section.
