New The Rookie Season 5 Spoilers For September 25, 2022 Premiere Episode 1 Revealed
Hey, “The Rookie” fans. It’s that time again. Today, September 25, 2022, the brand new, premiere episode 1 of your favorite ABC drama The Rookie’s new season 5 is going to hit the air. That means we’ve got some spoiler scoops for it.
We were able to gather up a couple of new, official teaser descriptions for this new episode 1 from ABC’s official episode 1 press release. So, we’re going to take a look at it right now. Let’s get into it.
First thing’s first. ABC revealed that this new, premiere episode of The Rookie’s new season 5 is officially labeled/titled, “Double Down.” It sounds like episode 1 will feature some very intense, dramatic, interesting, action-filled and suspenseful scenes as Officer John Nolan faces a serial killer! A serious undercover operation goes down and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Officer John Nolan situation. It turns out that there’s a serial killer on the scene in this first episode of the new season. The serial killer’s name is Rosalind. At some point, we’re going to see Officer John Nolan go face-to-face with Rosalind who definitely wants Nolan to know she’s only getting started with him.
ABC’s official description for this John Nolan and Rosalind scenario reads like this, “Officer John Nolan is once again face-to-face with serial killer Rosalind, and she wants him to know she’s not done with him yet.”
The second and last teaser spoiler for this new episode 1 lets us know that a major criminal enterprise will be out on the loose. So, we’re going to see officers Tim Bradford and Lucy Chen team up with Detective Angela Lopez to pull off an undercover operation that can eventually lead to them arresting this major criminal operation.
ABC’s description for this Tim, Lucy and Angela undercover plot reads like this, “Officers Bradford and Chen work undercover with Detective Lopez and the Las Vegas Police Department to arrest leaders of a major criminal enterprise.”
ABC’s press release confirmed that the new, premiere episode 1 of The Rookie’s new season 5 is indeed scheduled to air tonight, September 25, 2022 at approximately 9 pm central standard time.
