New The Rookie Season 5 Spoilers For January 24, 2023 Episode 13 Revealed
Hey, “The Rookie” fans. We hope that tonight’s episode 12 was an absolute joy to watch for you guys. Now that episode 12 is officially all wrapped up, we are back on here to go over what is coming up in the next, new episode 13 of The Rookie’s current season 5, which is due to show up next Tuesday night, January 24, 2023.
We were able to get a hold of a couple of new, official teaser scoops for this new episode 13 from ABC’s official episode 13 press release synopsis. So, we’re going to break it down for you right now. Let’s go.
First thing’s first. ABC gave us an official title for this new episode 13 of The Rookie season 5. It’s called, “Daddy Cop.” It sounds like episode 13 will feature some very intense, dramatic, interesting, scandalous, action-filled and suspenseful scenes as a citywide blackout takes place!. A very disturbing discovery is made. A new scheme gets plotted and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the citywide blackout situation. Yep, it turns out that some craziness will be going on in this installment because a crazy heatwave will strike the city, causing a major blackout situation! During this blackout, we’re going to see officer John Nolan and Aaron try to track down some big leads after seeing a couple of criminals hiding out at the station.
ABC’s official description for this citywide blackout plotline tells us, “In the midst of a heatwave and a citywide blackout, Officer John Nolan and Aaron follow increasingly large leads after they discover criminals hiding at the station.”
The second spoiler scoop reveals that officer Lucy Chen will get some intense-sounding screentime in this episode. We’re going to see her get called to a scene that has been inflicted with a very horrible smell, and it is there that she will stumble upon something very upsetting.
ABC’s description for this upsetting discovery storyline reads like this, “While on duty, Officer Chen makes an alarming discovery after being called to a scene where a pungent smell has wreaked havoc.”
The 3rd and final teaser scoop for this new episode 13 lets us know that Lucy and Harper will be putting in some heavy scheming work at some point. This new scheme of theirs will be designed to try and get Tim a much better job than his current one.
ABC’s description for this Lucy and Harper scenario reads like this,”Lucy and Harper scheme to get Tim out of his new job and into a more exciting position.”
Episode 13 was written by Fredrick Kotto, and it was directed by Anne Renton. ABC’s press release confirmed that the next, new episode 13 of The Rookie’s current season 5 is indeed scheduled to show up next Tuesday night, January 24, 2023 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
