Big Brother August 29 Evicted Tucker Des Lauriers In LIVE Eviction Episode (Recap)
Hey, “Big Brother” fans. Tonight, August 29, 2024, another new, LIVE eviction episode for Big Brother’s current season 26 did hit the air, and we saw another unlucky houseguest get evicted by the time it all wrapped up.
Tonight’s new, LIVE eviction episode kicked off with footage of conversations that took place in the house after the last POV (Power Of Veto) ceremony, which featured Cam using his veto to take himself off the eviction chopping block, and current HOH (Head Of Household) T’kor nominating Angela to be his replacement nominee.
Tucker told the Diary Room aka the private cams, “I don’t care what Angela has to say. T’kor is a joke in this game. I’m fed up.” T’kor told the private cams, “Tucker is mad that I put Angela up instead of Leah.”
Angela was seen, ratting out Tucker’s Tank alliance to the rest of the house. She told Quinn, “No one can trust you. Tucker said he would never lie to me, but he did. If stay, I promise to protect those who want to protect me.”
Makensy told the private cams, “There’s a lot going on that I’m not aware of. So, I really need to win the BB AI Arena.” Tucker told the private cams, “I feel like my opinions and actions aren’t appreciated in here.”
Tucker told Rubina, “I’m wondering if anything in this house is real.” Rubina told the private cams she didn’t like that statement because she feels he should know their relationship is real. “I’m wondering if I’m getting played now,” she said.
Tucker suggested a final two deal to Rubina. She told the private cams she wasn’t really buying it at this point. Tucker told Rubina, “My feelings for you are real.” Rubina told the private cams, “I don’t know if I should trust Tucker since we’re in a game.”
Chelsie told the private cams, “I need to get Tucker out of this house.” So, she campaigned to Cam, Leah and Makensy about voting Tucker out. Cam told the private cams, “If we have the numbers, I think we gotta get Tucker out.”
Makensy told the private cams, “I would vote Tucker out if I get off the block.” Leah told the private cams, “I think we should vote Tucker out.”
Chelsie also campaigned to Quinn about voting Tucker out. She told him that she, Makensy, Leah and Cam are all down to do it. Quinn told the private cams, “I’ve been looking to get Tucker out for a while, but I have some concerns that I will lose trust with some people by doing it.”
After all of that, the three eviction nominees: Makensy, Tucker and Angela competed in the BB AI Arena competition. It was titled, “Puzzling Password.” It was a physical/mental comp that required them to match blocks with numbers on them or something. It was like a puzzle of some sort. Makensy won it to claim her safety. So, Tucker and Angela became the final two nominees for eviction this week, and they were given a few minutes to campaign for votes.
After that, Angela and Tucker gave their final plea speeches. Then, the rest of the houseguests minus current HOH T’kor cast their votes to evict. Chelsie, Leah, Makensy, Quinn and Cam all voted to evict Tucker. Rubina, Kimo and Joseph voted to evict Angela. So, by a vote of 5-3, Tucker was finally evicted from the Big Brother season 26 house tonight. He gave Rubina a huge hug and kiss before he left.
Then, Tucker gave his exit interview with host Julie Chen-Moonves. Tucker told Julie, “I misunderstood the BB AI Puzzle. So, I screwed it up. I don’t feel betrayed by anyone. They’re all lovely people. I was a big target. I wasn’t surprised they used the opportunity to get me out.
I needed that win really bad, and I didn’t get it. It still feels like a win to get this opportunity though.” Julie revealed that America gave him $20,000 dollars for his AI Instigator twist participation. So, he was very happy about that.
Tucker went on to say, “Rubina is the real deal. She’s an amazing person. It will be hard not seeing her for a while, but I’ll be rooting for her. I like to play games. After that, Julie did mention that the AI twist Ainsley will be making a new announcement that will change up the game. So, that sounds like another new twist is coming soon. We’ll see.
