Matt Damon ‘Adjustment Bureau’ Movie Delivered Great Drama & Story
Matt Damon ‘Adjustment Bureau’ movie delivered great drama & story. Universal Pictures released their new Matt Damon, branded drama/sci-fi flick “The Adjustment Bureau”” into theaters this weekend. I just watched it,and thought it was fantastic. It delivered a really good,drama-filled storyline, mixed with cool,sci-fi type action. The movie stars: Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, Anthony Mackie, John Slattery, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Michael Kelly, and Terence Stamp.
“Adjustment Bureau” revolved around character David Norris (Matt Damon) who’s about to win a seat in the U.S. senate. Unfortunately, he walks in on something he shouldn’t have seen due to a technical error in destiny. After he sees the event take place, he’s immediately tracked down by these strange men called the “Adjustment Bureau.”
The “Adjustment Bureau” works to make sure a certain plan in everyone’s life is carried out. They have the power to cause ripples in certain events to make sure a certain course is traveled by certain individuals they target, but they only have a certain amount of ripples they can use before they reach their limit. In David’s case, this proves to be an important factor.
They tell David that he can’t reveal their identity to anyone or else they’ll erase his mind, leaving him helpless. He also can’t date a the beautiful dancing girl he just met named Elise Sellas (Emily Blunt) because he was never supposed to meet her,and it’s not in their plan for him.
However, David believes he gets to decide his own fate, and it’s this desire that leads him to cause a big disruption in their plan. He ends up finding Elise again when he wasn’t supposed to, and leads the “Adjustment Bureau” on a wild goose chase, literally, all over the world. David also gets help from one of the Adjustment Bureau agents who thinks David should be allowed to decide his own fate. It also left us with a very good message that we have the power to decide our own destiny. It was a very cool movie.
It showed tons of high-paced action, which included David opening up magical doors that took him across the world instantly,David knocking out one of the Adjustment Bureau agents, and taking Elise along for a magical ride. It got real crazy towards the end,but it worked out,and provided plenty of excitement.
I thought the movie was very good, and the storyline was unique and awesome. There was never a dull moment in the film for me. I was completely intrigued the entire time. I definitely gave this movie an A grade. “The Adjustment Bureau” movie is in theaters now. Get your “Adjustment Bureau” movie tickets by Clicking Here.
