New Iron Man 3 Delivered Great Action,Tons Of Twists & More
New Iron Man 3 delivered great action, tons of twists & more. Disney Pictures and Marvel Studios released their new Iron Man 3 super hero/action flick into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out,and thought it was absolutely awesome, serving up a ton of great action, interesting plotlines, and a lot of major twists. Tony Stark spent a ton of time outside of the suit and then back in it again. It was pretty wild. The movie stars: Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, Stephanie Szostak, James Badge Dale, Jon Favreau, Ben Kingsley, and Wang Xuequi.
The new flick, kicked off with character ,Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), recalling a past New Years Eve party in 1999 with scientist Maya Hansen, inventor of Extremis, which is an experimental regenerative treatment intended to allow recovery from crippling injuries. Disabled scientist ,Aldrich Killian (Guy Pearce), offers them a place in his company ,called Advanced Idea Mechanics aka AIM. However, they didn’t bite on it.
Now, in present day, Aldrich shows back up on the scene, looking much healthier than he did back 1999,shocking Pepper Potts after he sets up a private meeting with her. Aldrich explains how he fixed himself, and pitched a new offer to her,and was turned down again. Meanwhile, reports of a crazed villain, named the Mandarin, loomed large as he set up major bombings and terrorist attacks that left intelligence agencies bewildered by the lack of forensic evidence from them.
The last bombing totally pisses Stark off after it puts his good buddy,Happy Hogan, in a coma. From there, Starks issues a threat to the Mandarin, and also gives out his home address, which proved to be a huge mistake as the Mandarin’s peeps totally missiled the place to smithereens while Tony and Pepper were inside. Afterwards, Pepper eventually gets captured by the Mandarin’s peeps while Tony’s suit gives out, causing him to crash somewhere in Kentucky.
Now armorless,Stark meets a little kid named Harley who eventually helps him get the equipment he needs to repair the suit, and get back and running. As the film drew closer to its conclusion,it was revealed that the Mandarin was really just a puny little actor, and the one really running the violent show was none other than…. Lol! You thought I would give that away? Get out of here.
Anyways, from there on out, Stark changed up his tactic to take down the real villain, but it definitely wasn’t easy as he had to rescue like 12 or 11 people from falling to their deaths after a plane attack went down, battle a psycho villain, who just wouldn’t die due to some extreme power he possessed. It all capped off in huge, drama and action-filled battle that revealed the new combat weapons that Stark had been working on,and it really came in handy.
Again, the movie was excellent, and just filled with a ton of action and twists at every turn. I never got bored for a second as the plot was highly intriguing, throughout. Robert Downey did a great job, once again, serving up plenty of comical moments to go along with all the action. I gave the movie a solid A grade. Stay tuned. Follow us on Twitter by Clicking Here.
