New ‘Three Musketeers’ Movie Delivered Good Action,Drama,Plot & More
New ‘Three Musketeers’ movie delivered good action, drama, plot & more. Summit Entertainment Released their new action/drama flick “The Three Musketeers” in to theaters this weekend. I just watched it,and I thought it was a really good remake. It delivered exciting sword fighting action, drama, and even a little comedy to boot. The movie stars: Logan Lerman, Milla Jovovich, Matthew Macfadyen, Ray Stevenson, Luke Evans, Mads Mikkelsen, Gabriella Wilde, Juno Temple, Orlando Bloom, and Christoph Waltz.
In the flick, the Three Musketeers end up getting betrayed by Milady de Winter (Milla Jovovich) after completing a very dangerous mission with her. After that,it cuts to the introduction of a new, young, swordsman named D’Artagnan who has been trained to become a Musketeer by his father who was a former Musketeer.
From there, D’Artagnan makes his way into France, and eventually overcomes some crazy turbulence to make his way into the prestigious Three Musketeers fold, and into the king’s good graces. He also crushes out on a beautiful lady named Constance.
Unfortunately, there’s a double agent named Richelieu (Christoph Waltz) working for the king, and has plans of his own with the Duke of Buckingham (Orlando Bloom). The Three Musketeers, along with D’Artagnan eventually go on a mission to retrieve a diamond necklace from the clutches of the Buckingham Duke who is working with Milady.
The Musketeers end up outsmarting Milady and the Duke’s army to complete the mission. However,a big twist puts them all in a lot of danger, including the life of D’Artagnan’s crush. The movie concludes with a huge battle seen in the skies and on the ground. And just before the rolling credits came on, one last twist in the plot was revealed, which indicated this movie is definitely looking for a sequel.
I enjoyed the movie. I thought it was fun to watch. I thought Milla did a great job with this character as well because she got to shoot some cool action scenes. She definitely does the action stuff quite well. Juno Temple looked adorable as the Queen, and Orlando Bloom played the villain role very good.
I also like the new up and comer Logan Lerman who played the D’Artagnan character. I gave the movie a solid A grade. Follow us on Facebook by Clicking Here. Follow us on Twitter by Clicking Here.
