New ‘Riverdale’ Season 2, April 25, 2018 Episode 19 Storyline Teasers Revealed By The CW

Hey, “Riverdale” fans. We’ve got some new storyline teasers for the new, upcoming episode 19 of the current season 2. Episode 18 featured some pretty wild stuff in regards to Cheryl. She was seen demanding emancipation from her horrible mother Penelope. Cheryl also told Penelope she and her uncle to move out of that house asap or else she would freaking torch the place again!

Betty got quite vicious with Veronica early on in the episode. But of course, these two made up once again. It was made known that a vicious killer is still on the loose which definitely ruined the whole musical play. By the way, I hope Riverdale never does another musical episode. That whole bursting into song during important dialogue scenes just doesn’t work for me.

Also, Chuck was able to clear up his “jerk” reputation a little bit. CW served up their latest press release for episode 19. It features a teaser description and a title. Episode 19 is being called, “Chapter Thirty-Two: Prisoners”

The main description starts off with the following words being put in all capital letters: “THE BEGINNING OF THE END.” That is a very interesting arrangement of words for sure. It definitely sounds like things will get super intense once again as Archie and company try to hunt down the latest murder culprit! Betty and Chic have another violent showdown! Veronica faces some new trouble from the past. Cheryl teams up with Hermione and more.

We’ll go ahead and start off this teaser session with the Cheryl and Hermione storyline. It turns out that these two will surprisingly team up together to go after Sheriff Keller. CW’s description tells us, “Hermoine (Marisol Nichols) and Cheryl (Madelaine Petsch) conspire to take down Sheriff Keller (guest star Martin Cummins).”

Why are Sheryl and Hermione going after Sheriff Keller? That’s the huge question for this particular situation. One thing’s for sure is that it does sound quite intriguing.

The second storyline scoop reveals that Veronica will be dealing with even more trouble as somebody wants to get major revenge on her! CW’s description tells us, “Elsewhere, Veronica (Camila Mendes) takes matters into her own hands when someone from her past comes to town seeking revenge.”

Who is this mystery person that wants to lash out at Veronica? That’s the major question for this plotline. We’ll definitely have to wait for the episode to air to find out that important info because The CW didn’t mention that. They understandably want to keep that important intel under wraps.

The third storyline teaser reveals that there’s going to be some heavy tension that results in what they describe as a “showdown!” It will involve Betty,Chic, Jughead and Alice. CW’s description reads like this, “The reveal of a devastating secret leads to a violent showdown between Chic (guest star Hart Denton), Jughead (Cole Sprouse), Betty (Lili Reinhart) and Alice (Madchen Amick).”

What is this wild question that leads to such an intense and drama-filled moment? That’s the big question for this particular storyline. We’re very much looking forward to seeing how this crazy scene plays out.

The fourth storyline teaser reveals that Archie will be extremely busy gathering up his troops to go hunt down the latest culprit. CW’s description tells us, “After an incident at Riverdale High leaves the town on edge, Archie (KJ Apa) leads the charge to uncover the culprit.”

We suspect this charge is in response to that girl getting killed in their musical play in episode 18. We’ll see if that’s the case when episode 19 airs. Whatever the case, it sounds like this will be another very intense storyline for us to look forward to.

The CW also released a new preview clip for episode 19. It starts off showing a funeral scene for that poor girl that got murdered during their musical play. Then Sheryl is spotted threatening Sheriff Keller at the funeral! She’s seen telling him,”Your days are numbered.” So, it sounds like Cheryl really means serious business.

After that initial scene, the clip throws a barrage of different scenes at us. Archie is seen running in a night-time setting as fast as he can at one point. Alice is seen having another very emotional moment. The clip gives away that Veronica’s person from the past is none other than her ex Nick who was featured earlier in the season when he tried to rape Cheryl. Veronica is seen having a talk with Nick.

Chic has some more new scenes in this one, and he appears to be in serious danger in this one. A gun is seen getting pulled out at one point. Just about every scene looks extremely intense. The clip caps off with more dark running scenes and people in great danger! You guys can view the new preview clip for episode 19 over on Youtube by Clicking Here.

The CW also released a couple of promotional photos for episode 19. They feature Veronica, Hermione and Hiram in various scenes. Veronica is seen holding a wad of cash which seems very interesting. You guys can view the new promotional photos for episode 19 on Spoiler TV’s site by Clicking Here.

The press released mentioned that we’ll also see appearances from: Luke Perry as character Fred Anderson, Ashleigh Murray as character Josie McCoy, Mark Consuelos as character Hiram Lodge, Skeet Ulrich as character FP Jones and Casey Cott as character Kevin Keller. Episode 19 was directed by Jennifer Phang, and they brought on Cristine Chambers to write the script.

Alright guys. That’s all the storyline scoops we were able to collect for the new episode 19. But definitely expect to see a lot of additional scenes that weren’t mentioned here.

It’s confirmed that episode 19 is scheduled to air this Wednesday night, April 25, 2018 in the usual 7 pm central time slot on The CW. Stay tuned. Also, be sure to follow us on our Riverdale Facebook page for more Riverdale news by Clicking Here.
