New American Idol March 3, 2024 Auditions Episode Preview Revealed
Hey, “American Idol” fans. It’s that time of the week again. The ABC folks are going to dish up another new episode of American Idol tonight, March 3, 2024. That’s right, guys. Tonight’s new episode will be the 3rd installment for this current season 22, and we’ve got some new preview intel for it.
ABC dished up an official press release for tonight’s new, March 3, 2024 episode 3. So, that is what we’ll be looking at as a source for this preview session. Let’s get into it.
In tonight’s new, episode 3, you guys will see another new round of initial auditions take place, featuring the celebrity judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie deciding who gets to go through to the next round. There will also be a segment that features a glimpse into the judges’ own beginnings in the music industry. This segment will feature memorable trips to their hometowns.
ABC’s official description for tonight’new, March 3, 2024 episode 3 of American Idol season 22 reads like this, “Talented hopefuls inch one step closer to Hollywood stardom as they audition for judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie. Ryan Seacrest hosts. Meanwhile, viewers glimpse into the judges’ own beginnings with memorable trips to their hometowns.”
Additionally, we were also able to get a list of the contestants that will be appearing in tonight’s new episode via the folks over at MJSbigblog.com. The first contestant on their list is: Aniston Pate. She is a 20-year-old singer and tractor driver with a country western sound from the West Texas city of Dalhart who now resides in Nashville.
The second contestant is Avery Guinn. He is a singer and multi-instrumentalist from Russellville, Alabama. His style is comparable to Billy Joel and Elton John. Dan Hoyt is the lead singer of the Donahue Diaries, a band from Athens, Georgia, and it looks like he’ll carry that DonaHue Diaries name through to American Idol.
Jennifer Jeffries is a 17-year-old folk singer-songwriter from Starkville, Mississippi with a raspy mature sound. Freskim Rama, who goes by the name of Kimi, is a 25-year-old Albanian, male singer from Kosovo who lives in Brooklyn, New York.
Kyra Waits is a 24-year-old soul singer from Berea, Kentucky. Laela Dasher is a 20-year-old singer originally from Black Mountain, North Carolina. Madai Chakell is a soulful 23-year-old singer from Queens, New York.
Max Dasher is a senior in high school and football player from Black Mountain, North Carolina. He auditioned with his sister Laela. They do a mix of folk, country, and Americana. They also perform worship songs.
Nick Connors is a 22-year-old pop and soul singer from Pasadena, Texas who has had several viral moments and now resides in Nashville. Scarlett Lee is a 26-year-old from Surrey, England. She was the runner-up of the last season of the X Factor UK to air. Will Moseley is a singer from Hazlehurst, Georgia. He has a raspy country sound with a lot of power.
ABC’s press release confirmed that the next, new episode 3 of American Idol’s current season 22 is indeed scheduled to hit the air tonight, March 3, 2024, starting at approximately 7 pm central standard time. It will be a 2-hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 9 pm central standard time.
