Saturday Night LIVE July 22, 2023 Episode Not New. It’s A Repeat. Preview Revealed
Hey, “Saturday Night LIVE” fans. We’re back to let you know what’s going on with Saturday Night LIVE again this week. Once Again, NBC will be serving up another repeat episode of Saturday Night LIVE tonight, July 22, 2023 due to the ongoing WGA writers and SAG-AFTRA actors strike that’s going on. It’s a total mess right now. As we previously reported, the writers strike put a halt on Saturday Night LIVE episodes, starting back on May 2, 2023.
Then, on July 13, 2023, the actors joined them due to many of the same issues that the writers are having with the film and television producers. They’re not getting proper residuals from these streaming services that have started to dominate the industry in this past decade.
This is pretty serious, and the latest reports are that the studios aren’t talking to the actors or writers unions right now. So, this strike could stretch out for a good while.
With that said, we did get a hold of the repeat episode of Saturday Night LIVE that NBC is going to serve up tonight. This one originally aired back on January 28, 2023. It featured 36 year old American actor Michael B Jordan showing up to do the hosting duties. Also, 28 year old American rapper Lil Baby showed up to deliver some musical performances.
If any of you guys missed this particular repeat episode of Saturday Night Live when it originally aired, you might still want to flip on NBC tonight to check it out. If you did catch this repeat episode when it originally aired and have absolutely no desire to watch it ever again, you will certainly want to make some alternate plans tonight.
Again, It’s been confirmed that Saturday Night LIVE will be a repeat episode again tonight, July 22, 2023, and it’s scheduled to hit your TV screens, starting at approximately 10:29 pm central standard time.
