New ‘Shadowhunters’ Spoilers For Season 3, April 15, 2019 Episode 18 Revealed
Hey, Shadowhunters fans. We hope you guys enjoyed tonight’s episode 17. Now that it’s officially over and done with, it is time to go over what the next, new episode 18 has in store for you guys. The wonderful folks over at Freeform were nice enough to put out a press release for episode 18. So, that is what we’ll be using to fill you guys in on what’s up next.
To get things started, Freeform’s press release revealed that episode 18 is officially titled, “The Beast Within.” Wow, that sounds pretty intense already. Episode 18 sounds like it will feature some very intense and emotional scenes as a major demon breakout takes place! Jace gets super worried about Clary! Alec gets heavily distracted by Magnus’ issues and more!
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the demon outbreak situation. It turns out that New York City is going to be under heavy attack by a bunch of freaking demons on Halloween! This will,no doubt, be the top priority for the Institute. Freeform’s official description tells us, “A demon outbreak in New York City on Halloween becomes a top priority at the Institute.”
Will the Shadowhunters be able to stop these demons dead in their tracks? Or will they just be too overwhelming this time? Those are a couple of huge questions for this particular storyline.
The second spoiler scoop reveals that Clary is going to cause Jace to become super worried right in the midst of this huge demon attack! Freeform’s description reads like this, “As the Shadowhunters hunt the demons, Jace becomes more worried about Clary.”
What’s going to happen to Clary that has Jace so worried? That’s the burning question for this particular plotline. We’ll definitely have to tune in to find out because Freeform didn’t give away that important intel.
Last, but most certainly not least, the third spoiler teaser reveals that Alec will have his emotions all in a bunch over the deep depression that Magnus is currently going through. And again, it will be at a really bad time because Alec will be trying to fight off these serious demons at the same time! Freeform’s description tells us, “Alec has to juggle the outbreak with his deep concern about Magnus’ depression.”
Freeform also released a new preview clip for episode 18. It looks pretty intense. It starts off with Alec telling Asmodeus, “I’m here to get Magnus his magic and his immortality back.” Asmodeus says, “On one condition. End your relationship. Break his heart to save his life.” After that, it cuts to a scene that features Clary and Isabelle arguing about Jonathan.
Isablelle tells Clary of Jonathan,”After everything that monster has done to you.” Clary says, “Jonathan is not a monster!” Isabelle says, “This isn’t you talking.” Isabelle tries to touch Clary, and she goes ballistic, screaming, “Don’t touch me!” The clip caps off with Jonathan telling Clary, “Join me.” And it looks like Clary’s going to join him. Alright guys. That’s all the spoiler scoops we were able to track down for episode 18, but definitely expect to see a lot of other scenes that were not mentioned in this spoiler session.
Freeform’s press release confirmed that episode 18 is indeed scheduled to air next Monday night, April 15, 2019 at approximately 7 pm central standard time on Freeform. Stay tuned.
